Great customer service
Great product and great customer services. Unfortunately I did have an issue with the product that occurred, which I do believe was just unlucky, but we did some troubleshooting and when that didn't work a replacement was sent out immediately. Can't ask for more than that.

5 stars, 5 stars!!!! So gooood!!! Great quality, everything feels expensive. Even the side thing that charges, is a great weight, not plastic and cheap. Opening the box felt like opening an iPhone box, everything was perfect, great user experience and unboxing experience! Super impressed!!!

Got two products from journey and…
Got two products from journey and they're the best things that I ever bought, the wallet and the key organizer save so much space for my day to day life and the fact I don't have to carry airtags anymore is a godsend! And when I lost my charging cable for the LOC8 they offered a new one for free! Never had a better experience with a company before, couldn't reccomend more!

LOC8 Passport Wallet great accessory and customer support
The LOC8 Passport Wallet is a great travel accessory. It holds my Aussie and Foreign passports plus five credit cards and a pen, and seamlessly connects with the "Find My" App on my iPhone. When I changed my iPhone, I forgot to remove it from my old phone (Rookie Error), so couldn't connect it to my new one. I contacted Journey Customer Support who quickly sent me instructions to reset the Wallet and pair with my new phone. Excellent support. Much appreciated!

Remarkable experience.
Remarkable experience. I lost my charging cable to my key organizer, due to a move. And they replaced it within 10 hours of me reaching out, and with no charge!

So I just wanted to share my experience.. my phone had stopped charging on one of their chargers after having purchased it almost 2 yrs ago. I didn't realize but it wasn't the charger messing up.. I had an update on my phone. Once I updated it & the phone rebooted it then worked on your charger. Good to know in the process you honor your product for up to one year. I had ordered another from you in the meantime while hoping to get this resolved.. the updated version with more charging power & once again your charger doesn't disappoint! It's fantastic! So much faster than the previous chargers I have from you but I utilize them all (have 4 now) & if this one lasts as I hope it will like the others so far I will continue to be a loyal customer! These look great, are super sturdy & do the job exceptionally well! Very pleased with my purchases. I'm very picky so being impressed by your products really means something. Thank you for your prompt response & willingness to help as well. Their customer service is phenomenal! Really appreciate that in an age where finding one-on-one help with products is becoming scarce these days. Highly recommend this company & their charging 3-in-One Standing products.

Excellent customer service from the Journey team. I reached out about my desk mat order and had a reply within minutes. When the size I'd ordered turned out to be out of stock, they immediately offered a great alternative and arranged the swap on the spot, invoice and all. No back-and-forth, no waiting around — just prompt, friendly help that solved the problem then and there. Exactly how customer service should be. Highly recommend.

Great product and customer service!
I thought I had a defective product. After contacting the support team they promptly responded with kindness and patience. I have purchased several Journey…
I have purchased several Journey products and love the quality and ease of use! I recently contacted their customer service as I have misplaced the charging cable for my trackable passport holder while moving house. They replied within a few minutes and offered to send me a replacement one free of charge! Carol was amazing! Would never hesitate to recommend Journey products to anyone!

Awesome product and after sales customer support
Love their LOC8 VERSA Money Clip MagSafe Finder Wallet and Stand. A sure staple EDC for me. I noticed the battery started degrading after half a year but thankfully Carol and the customer service team helped me sort it out. Journey AU knows their stuff! Keep it up champs!
