We are new to Join It, going Live Aug 1st. Using the online help has been a terrific experience so far, no doubt. The last person who helped me (apologies, the name escapes me) was PHENOMENAL. She listened, helped and was super in the moment. So appreciated.

The customer service is excellent. They know the software, they are fast and very clear. Our organization struggles with having multiple softwares, but as a volunteer I love working with Joinit. It makes managing the membership extremely easy. And our members have found going from a manual system to this automated system pretty seamless.

I have to say that after ordering through another company and the product being very misleading and not good at all, I did a lot more research and went with joinrift. The entire process took less than 48 hrs. The one month was 249 because I wanted to try it out before getting three months at a time. The doctors and support always answer within like 15 minutes if I have concerns and that is free. Anytime my package moved, I was immediately notified all the way up to the arrival. It came very well insulated and it was still cold when it arrived. The needles and alcohol wipes were included and packaged separately in the box. One thing I loved was the medicine was in a clear bottle so I could clearly see what I was taking. I was also able to choose if I wanted it from a 503a or 503b company and if I wanted an additive or not. I chose not to have one and it came from Hallendale. So far, everything has been top tier and I’m very happy. I will update after I see how the product actually works but I feel sure it is 100 percent top tier like the rest of the process.

Horrible company. Don’t waste your money. The minute things start going downhill people stop responding when you need help from their team. I’ve had so many members double charged. It cost me about $4000 to reverse these and credit the clients back. I was still paying fees on top of it through Join It even though it was their error. I had clients switched from quarterly memberships to monthly memberships. But the system never updated and charged them quarterly while they were monthly. I also asked the team from Join It to help me switch members to monthly from quarterly so that they’re not double charged. It double charged all the clients and they wouldn’t reverse any of the fees. You’re paying fees per swipe through Join It on top of the fees through stripe. Join It also allowed a client to delete their profile which included their liability waiver while I was in the middle of a lawsuit with them. And they said that their system does not keep these profiles so there’s no way to retrieve that liability waiver Save money and have your own app built.

The software does exactly what we needed/expected. The report features are good, may need a few tweaks to make designing custom reports easier to follow/understand.

It was very close to being what my business needed but it was lacking an important function. After explaining this to them, they simply built the function in specifically for me. Can't argue with that level of commitment to their customers.

This system checked all the boxes for us. It’s incredibly easy to use, and if you do happen to hit a snag, their support team is ready to help you through it. I wish we had started using them years ago. I highly recommend them.
