Horrible
All of my designs were messed up and I wasn't able to use any of them, my customer canceled their order and I was out all of the money I used so far. :(

Great transfers, but do your own editing, even if you mark the editing box
We like the dtf transfers except they came with no instructions, and the editor did not pay attention to certain of the lettering that would not show up, even though I marked the box for the free edit. The type that should have been changed to a more visible color was on two of the three ordered sets of 100 DTFs. To the credit of Jiffy, we did receive a

Wrong Brand Sent - No Timely Follow Up
I ordered all comfort colors shirts, 11 of which were supposed to be larges for an order for a customer. The order came and 6 of them were bayside brand. Someone reached out after I submitted a claim asking for photos. I sent them immediately then never got a response the rest of the day. I am in a time crunch and need those shirts immediately to fulfill an order for a customer that is gifting those shirts to their teachers on Monday.
