I am not getting action taken on my request and now that I’m signed up for the program and they have drafted money from my account no one is reaching out to me to resolve issues.

I was very skeptical at first, as it seems like in today's world you're always expecting someone or some company to try to take advantage of you. However, from the very beginning, the customer representative was professional, receptive, and transparent. Natalia made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly—the good and the bad—so I always knew what to expect. Her patience was exceptional, and her communication was clear, honest, and consistent. I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. My prayer is that the rest of my experience with JG is just as smooth, straightforward, and positive as my experience working with Natalia.

Matthew was a good representative who walked me through the whole process. Many options were provided with consolidating debt, using the screen sharing feature when discussing options was helpful. I was shopping around with different lenders, and JGW was the best option with competitive prices.

Haven’t done much for me, except sign paperwork. I haven’t seen any progress yet my debt and calls are growing and accounts are threatening to close. If I could get information on what’s going on behind the scene that may help.

Your company called my aunt and claimed to be new York life and told my aunt that she needed to cash out her annuity because they were going out of business. Looking up the number you guys called from showed J.G Wentworth. You guys are a scam artist! Do not do business with them! Apparently there're willing to lie and impersonate someone else to make a buck! You guys are ridiculous!
