The movers arrived over an hour late, which threw off my entire schedule. When they finally showed up, they seemed rushed and careless with my items. A few of my boxes were not handled properly and some things were chipped. While they did get everything moved, the stress of the delays and poor handling really dampened the experience.

JFK moving was great to work with! Our scheduled pick up included seven different pick up locations, and the communication was amazing between the movers and myself.

I am happy with JFK moving company. Movers arrived on time. They were so quick and careful about not packing and moving my furniture with no scratches.

They lost the part on my refrigerator door and scratches on it. They left my couch apart. It took forever, it went past the allotted time of 6 PM and luckily, the new owner of my place decided to let us still get my stuff out. But we had to sit in front of the garage and my neighbor's garage until they came back to get the rest of my stuff. They still left my outside umbrella, bags and trash on the pavement. I still have their moving covers on my furniture. At the new house they left stuff on the front law and i couldn't move it until next day. I wouldn't recommend this company at all because it still costs me a lot of money, and now I have to fix my refrigerator more money. I still habe not receive manager. I wish I could upload my photos.

David, Cameron and Uktam arrived on time and got right to work. They managed to move fast and yet also handled everything with care. There were some very heavy items to be moved, but they all worked together and did a great job. We had a slight snag as we weren’t able to drop off furniture for donation, but David took it in stride and he even managed to fit everything into our storage locker. We were very impressed with all three guys!

This is the worst company in terms of customer service, un professional staff, The so called supervisor showed up late, Immediately had an attitude as his person that fits everything in the truck was not there, started cursing and somehow there office made a mistake not telling him that this was a total move, Meaning they had to pack and take everything, The truck did not fit everything and they left partial stuff behind, I had to hire other people to come and help me move my house the next day cost more money, They damaged my furniture, They put TVS without remote control and wires in un marked boxes, It took them 11 hours to move partial house paying them $265.00 an hour W the only light and professional person was Tia, they are lucky to have her, She was the only reason I booked with them, And Boy was that a mistake, If you are reading this "Stay away" from these people dishonest, un professional people for working for them, Tia is the by far the Best person I dealt with, She was Polite, Apologetic and truly tried to help, But She cant do everything, The staff and Service both sucked and di not know how to do anything, It almost seems they hire people from the street, Pay them minimum wage and expect them to do professional Job.

This incredibly kind team handled my piano with utmost care during the move. They took their time to ensure that there was no significant damage when moving the upright piano from the downstairs to the upstairs. I would definitely use them again.

We used JFK Moving Company as a subcontractor to help unload a truck for one of our drivers. From the first conversation to the last item being unloaded, it was a fast and efficient process. We will always use this company when we’re in need in their area.

The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. They handled everything with great care and when asked a question they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that would need the services of a moving service.
