Your Tech took 2 hours working with an 82 year old man who doesn't have good computer skills. He was patient, polite, friendly. A GREAT PERSON!!!!!

Best support from JetHost's Hristo Hristov
I had a problem with my Outlook e-mail. It took the Hristo Hristov support from JetHost over an hour and a half to arrange everything. Surprisingly to me we were able to switch to my own language which was important because the with AnyDesk he was able to navigate my native language menus. It was the best support I have ever received in my life!

Jethost helped me do it on my own time
Being a semi-retired IT professional who became self employed in 2013 and needing a simple site for web presence for visibility of the products I was reselling and supporting, I found Omnis who provided and execlently supported the resources needed. It was noteworthy on the Omnis approach and high level of communication during the Jethost 2026 acquisition. My two simple sites were transfered and they set them up so I could take my time to familiarise with the WP setup and convert them appropriately. Rosie has been outstanding in her patience and superb support and assistance throughout the move. Overall a very smooth and cost effective transition.
