This was the worst experience I had in a long time. I ordered a ring and it was great but it was too big. Here is where the problem starts. I immediately return the ring but it has taken me at least two months to get the refund (please note they don't refund fully). I have contacted customer service several times and they always had some excuse but it turns out they just didn't return my money. I just got a notification today that they are refunding but who knows maybe it will never turn up. This was a lot of work for a 76 dollar return. I could have used the time to do something good for the world instead of writing to cusomer service representives regarding a refund. The company claims that one can refund but can one really if it is this difficult. Please don't buy from this company until they have improved their return processes.
