Bad business practice. Ordered an item on July 15th, today its July 29th & it still haven’t shipped. Followed up on it & was told that there is a delay on their part and I will be charged $40 prescription fee even though i technically did not receive a prescription from them since I'm cancelling my order. Thieves!!

There was a missing item to my order, I sent an email. I got a response, an actual human, response in under 8 hours. They said they would correct it, I flagged it for follow up, which I did over two weeks later. My second inquiry got a quick response and a shipping number. They were very responsive to the complaint but the need to remind them a second time was concerning. I have ordered several items from Jase and have had no other complaints or concerns. Usually they are timely in filling orders and keeping you informed of estimated delivery dates based on stock availability. Good company - except this one time.

Great customer service! Jessica pointed me to the right location where to find the products I was looking for. She even went one step forward emailing me the links in case I forget or not sure what to order. Thank you so much for your invaluable assistance!

It takes almost 10 days to get the order even process, if you try to cancel, they tell you store credit only. This is a rip off to me. If I cancel, I don't want a store credit for anything else.

Convenience and peace of mind when traveling out of the country. Retired NP so I have experience and confidence to know when a medical situation requires medications. Love that this is available to the public!!

What more can I say, I’m now set up for the apocalypse with all the meds I (and my family) may need. Thanks to Jase, and especially their rep Teya, for making it a seamless, easy process to stock us up. My only complaint is the cases provided are not big enough to accommodate Jase meds and additional that we want to have on hand. An option for a larger case would be ideal. But that’s probably a me problem, not caused by Jase. Will continue to keep it updated with Jase!

Very excellent website which made purchasing what I wanted for my Jase Case. Very fast check out and easy to answer questions for the Physicians review. Had a small problem with the ordering process but the staff at Jase resolved it very fast. Excellent customer service from JASE Medical.

Crystal had feedback in the same area of using ivermectin & dosage for canine. Simple and to the point, she worked to obtain dosages but nothing verified. Noted to Not risk over dosing your pet. Thank you very much Crystal
