I use jade learning every time I need to renew my certification, this one by far was the hardest .. the 16 hr NEC changes was more like a 32 hr course .. the sections were too long and trying to navigate back in forth to the sections to find answers took along time let alone how long the sections were to find the answers .. their are easier courses out there from what other electricians mention and for cheaper .. other than that if you wanna rack ur brain and you have alot of extra time to waste the course might fit you well ..

Problems logging in
Problems logging in, bad and annoying robotic unreal sounding voice of audio files that have to be listened to. Problems logging in, oh and boring as F audio files that sound robotic and AI generated. Wait wait still having log on problems, makes me want to take an in person class.

I was very impressed with the class…
I was very impressed with the class instructor. He was most knowledgeable and conducted the class in an informative and entertaining manner. The hours went quickly leaving most of us wishing it to go on longer.

Obvious that JADE has sold
Obvious that JADE has sold, not the same company I have been dealing with for many many years. (Sad) Chances are this will not even be read by a human but technology. (1) Took forever to submit credit hours to ncbec. (2) Online tests are challenging to navigate and must listen to entire video before entering questions. (3) you have a limited time to take the online tests (4) you have to pay for the online tests upfront. (5) when calling to speak with someone they were not from the United States of America.

I have been a licensed Electrician for over 55 years and when I started in the trade it was difficult to find people to give classes and training. That was before computers, but now most states require continuing education, and I always use JADE Learning because I like the way they present the information and you can review it as much as you need too.

It got the job done but...
One, change is hard. So I love the way Jade use to be. It help me understand the code where thing are located. The question came after read the two paragraphs. Very easy to understand the code book. Not just pass the test.
