Quick to Respond
J.W. Pepper was quick to respond to my request for a quote and was helpful when placing an order. My only complaint would be that they prefer you use their website to place orders, and because I order on behalf of staff members at a school, I like to use ordering through email. They didn't seem to like me using that method but were still helpful and pushed the order through. I will still use this company and would still recommend them.

The ability to hear the song first…
The ability to hear the song first while reviewing the music! This is especially helpful because now that I have purchased the copies I can have my ringers hear the piece -- this always gets them even more excited. (It is, however, unfortunate that NOT ALL pieces I have reviewed offers this option.)

Great customer service - AI assistant worse that worthless!
I needed to straighten out my account and had the absolute best and well-informed assistance. I really appreciated her patience and quickly received notification that all was well and my order was processed. I must admit I was turned off by the AI assistant who answered the phone. I needed to speak to someone, and the AI "robot" was an initial turnoff. Everything was great when I got to a real person!! Then, after the order was completed, I waited to give my rating. The robot asked the question, and I answered "5" repeatedly and was told that my "answer could not be heard." After playing the game four times, I hung up.
