Iteach is a good ACP program but they are not perfect and need to work on their communication and timeframe to let people know about important things. But the staff has been kind and really try to help as much as possible. When doing my student teacher my field supervisor Ms. Candy Howard was excellent!!!!

Company is unresponsive from top to bottom. Did not provide suitable study material to pass 115 math test. Don't recommend you go through them

I feel as though more hands in teaching is more beneficial for new teachers. I feel as though there is too much course work that takes time away from actual classroom learning and makes it more difficult and annoying for an aspiring teacher. Glad it’s done. As far as communication and helping me know what needed to be done next, great!

I had a wonderful experience with this alternative schooling program. The flexibility it offered allowed me to work at my own pace, which made balancing school with my other responsibilities much more manageable. The instructors were incredibly supportive, patient, and always willing to answer questions or provide guidance whenever I needed it. The staff was also very resourceful and made sure I had access to the tools and support necessary to succeed. I truly appreciated the positive learning environment and would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for an education option that is both flexible and student-centered.

The supervisor I had for my field experience (Mikesh) and some of the mentors that graded my stuff made the program better. Some people took a while to grade, but others were real good.

Overall, my experience with iteach Texas was a pretty good one. Everything was easy to follow and my online instructors were great. During my 5800 course, I had a death in the family and my instructor was very understanding of that and worked with me when it came to getting my assignment in. I've read other reviews where fellow iteach Texas students didn't have the best experience (which really sucks) but for me, I can say that I was pleased.

I feel like the school and the program should be more connected but other than that I love my experience ‼️

Please refer to the several emails. There were issues with the in-person observer for the year. I continued to express concerns but respectfully I didn't feel supported. Too many events occurred with the observer to be coincidence.

5 months is not long enough to complete the assignments properly. The extra $300 felt like a money grab. The amount of assignments was too much. We already have a Bachelor degree at minimum. Customer service is terrible. I call at 4 pm, the line says we are not available. Then it says we are available until 5pm. Which is it? The time it takes if you need to make corrections is 24 hour cool down then 3 days to get graded again. When you restrict me from moving on, that is a lot of wasted time. Allow people to move forward, remove the cool down.

I signed up for iTeach to obtain my professional certification in Florida. It would be an extreme understatement to say that the certification process was NOT clearly explained by my school district and this led to an extreme time crunch when it came to completing all of my professional preparation coursework and field experience requirements. One aspect of iTeach that I found extremely helpful was how they laid out the certification steps and requirements on their candidate landing page. This made it exceedingly clear what requirements or coursework needed to be met before progressing to the next stage of the process and iTeach helpfully checks off each item as they are completed. Also noteworthy is that you can complete the assigned coursework at your own pace and you can progress in courses while waiting for previous assignments to be graded. On only one occasion did I have an iTeach instructor not grade an assignment within the 48 hour window expectation. Far more frequently, instructors graded my assignments the same day I completed them, including one instructor who would routinely grade assignments within hours, even when I submitted after midnight. I also want to shout out Mr. Silvio Delgado, the director of iTeach Florida, for his hands on work and involvement in the program. As a special education and social studies teacher, my certification situation had some unique difficulties that caused some confusion with the certification and field experience process. When I reached out to iTeach over Winter break with some concerns, Mr. Delgado called me directly, on a weekend, to explain the process and requirements in detail. During my field experience, Mr. Delgado took the initiative to reach out to my assigned observer to explain the time constraints I was under to complete my certification, and at multiple other points throughout my time in the program, Mr. Delgado personally reached out to the Florida Department of Education to request clarification on my behalf, as it was literally not possible for me to get a straight answer from the state. I highly recommend iTeach to prospective candidates.

The self-paced coursework was extremely beneficial as a first-year intern teacher. When pursuing my 7-12 math certification, I felt well-prepared by iTeach in the areas of instruction, vulnerable student populations, and pedagogy/teaching theory. I felt well prepared for my PPR exam, but I did have to consult many outside resources (aside from what iTeach provided) to feel well prepared for my Math 7-12 exam. Overall, the iTeach curriculum was easy to navigate and complete. Some course instructors graded extremely harshly and/or it was clear they were using artificial intelligence to grade my submissions with the rubric. At times, the feedback I received on my assignment felt impersonal and extremely detailed. I poured 6-8 hours into certain submissions in order to get them to a passing score.
