BUYER BEWARE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! PRODUCT IS NOT NEW AND IS DAMAGED! This company advertises providing new, overstock items but the product they provide arrives in a damaged box that has clearly compromised the item. After they assure that the product is new and will work, once you open the box to discover it has been damaged, they change their message to the item cannot be returned due to you opening the box to confirm whether the product was damaged, which they said it was not. COMPANY TAKES MULTIPLE DAYS TO SHIP! While their website reflects items ship in 24 hours, it took them more than 72 hours to ship. DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! Paying for expedited shipping results in them shipping via their regular method, which they advertise as free, resulting in the product arriving much later than promised, leaving me to assume they pocketed the expedited shipping cost. For my order I paid for 2-Day shipping but the product took over 4 days to arrive. While it seems like simple math that I should expect the item to arrive 3 days after I ordered (1 day to send out plus 2 days shipping), they seem to think 2 plus 1 equals 7 which is the number of days between my order and the item arriving. STICK WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AS YOU WILL LIKELY BE DISAPPOINTED AND OUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. The fire alarm system arrived as expected, and the overall experience was efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service and quality products.

Worst company I have ever done business with. I paid for overnight shipping, yet more than 10 days later my order still has not shipped. Customer service has repeatedly told me the order has been shipped, but the UPS tracking number they provided clearly shows that only a shipping label was created—the package has never been picked up by UPS. Paying extra for overnight shipping and then being given misleading information is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Reply/Edit To respond to your Reply, to show that you are not accurate. Here is the email from your own company: I wanted to give you an update on your order and sincerely apologize for the delay. "We investigated the issue and found out that the item we initially had in stock turned out to be defective. Since we maintain strict quality standards, we couldn't ship it to you. We immediately ordered a replacement from our supplier, but they unfortunately delayed the shipment. There was also a slight misunderstanding internally where a team member considered shipping the original item but ultimately decided against it to ensure you receive perfect quality. The good news is that we have just received the new batch. To make things right, we will ship your order via express delivery entirely at our expense. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I will send you the tracking number as soon as it's dispatched."

I expected the item to ship sooner but when I spoke with representative he explained the backlog and would expedite my order. I was pleased that he was able to get my item shipped sooner.
