Your prices are absolutely incredible. I don't feel like that ai website builder is as good as other's that I have used. The quality of the website is subpar.

Ionos - Customer Support- E-mail sending issue: MX Update needed
I work in IT customer service and think your support was absolutely perfect. There were a couple times I was placed on hold as things were escalated, the hold music was decent, and I didn't wait long. Msybe 3 or 4 min? Maybe less. In the end, everything was resolved. I was told it could take up to 24 hours or more for the change to apply. I wanted to keep him on the line to check and everything went through and was now perfect. I think you so much for your service and staying with me so I could check on my side even though I knew it would probably be later but wanted to test and he was good with that, waiting with me for a couple tests. It was only a couple of minutes but everything went through and I admire him staying on the line with me vs being dismissive and taking the next call. I've never had a bad experience with Ionos. Thank you. Background: I've been in IT for 20 years, 15 doing support calls and I strive to be the best in customer service and also the de-escalation person. I love having amazing customer service and this experience is what I expect.

Hidden cost for added features that keep piling up. But your pages won't work without them.
Working with Ionos started out great. Good price, tools to build a website, and fairly easy to use. Then the bills and invoices kept coming! I had long since paid the full agreed price, but there was always an additional charge for another needed feature that was never disclosed. I called them to end the extra invoices. I asked them to keep only the needed features so I could still run my website, but drop the unneeded features so I wasn't paying so much more than the agreed price. Much later, my website has not been bringing any business. I checked the site to understand why. There were no webpages. Apparently, there hasn't been one in some time. They kept my domain name active so I would not lose it, and must still pay for it. But they removed features that allow my page to be displayed. So nobody was buying my products because nobody could see them. I was basically paying to have a webpage in theory, not in actuality.

John Carlo Lauron, Ionos customer service agent, was able to answer all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. He demonstrated keen understanding of my issues and addressed them well. I've been with Ionos for a while now and would highly recommend their services.
