Amazing product!
The sound quality is great! It was 100% worth the wait! The only thing I would improve is the jacket. I would use a slightly thicker material.

Bad communication and issue resolve
Bad communication and issue resolve. Had contacted company a couple of times to resolve a mistake on their end and after a few weeks still no response or correction from company. Previously had good business interaction so very disappointed.

On my first order there was a hum in…
On my first order there was a hum in the background of the music, so I redone the artwork and place another order. This time the hum was still there and at the end of the song it skipped. No one has got in touch with me on how to fix this. My 3rd order came out good. So I'm not sure what to do from this point on.

I got a custom record slipmat
I got a custom record slipmat, and overall it looks and feels fantastic! Great product especially for the price. Only complaint is that the print was a little off center so there was some white space on an edge, but otherwise love the item!

Good product
Everything about the order itself is great, the cassette sounds nice and the custom artwork I submitted ended up looking really cool. The delivery time was a bit slow however, but I think it was reasonable provided that I'm from Spain and the package shipped from the US. All in all I would recommend this service

Very Good Results
The sleeves of my records turned out amazing and the records also play greatly without me having had to pay for anything more. Though, I will say, I did mix my own audio to make sure its good for the records. So I advice to anyone who wants to use this service, to make sure to send well mixed wav files. It would be unfair to be upset at InTheClouds if the audio you send is bad. I'm very happy with my product. would definitely use again in the future.

I’ve used them for all of my album…
I’ve used them for all of my album releases. They are meticulous about making sure that everything is correct. It sounds great on the record player. I have no complaints. The nicest people is great

The 12 inch record is great. 7 inch records not so great.
The 12 inch record is great. My 2 - 7 inch 45’s do not work in my jukebox as the record does not track to the song when the needle is dropped. Disappointed in that.

Would give it 0 stars if I could! I ordered this product 3 months ago and it said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship and i still have not recieved my order. I have emailed numerous times and a customer service bot has always responded saying they have no update on my order. This company is a total scam and I would NEVER order from them again. Not to mention, after waiting 3 months for a product, every other review is complaining about the quality. They have also done nothing to apologize or remedy the fact that my order is 1.5 months late...what a joke of a business.

Total Garbage, Avoid!
Garbage product. Here is the email I sent their support: Hi Support, First, I know many people are complaining about your product. [1] [2] As cited in this post: -- cut here -- DO NOT BUY FROM IN THE CLOUDS!!! The vinyl takes 3 months to be delivered, the packaging smells racid, and the entire vinyl has this static sound to it. The edges of the vinyl are rough and have bits of plastic on them, as well as the speed of multiple of the songs are ruined to where they’re oddly behind. Genuinely one of the most disappointing purchases i’ve ever made -- cut here -- I was very excited and hoped this wouldn't be my experience, but it was. The sleeve smelled like a printing press and felt flimsy. That was the first indication that this might not be good. Then, there is a horrid static/ungrounded hum throughout the entire record. I'm not even mad because I read the reviews after the fact. Most complained about shipping, but nope, this one hit it on the head [1]; also, the vinyl is slightly uneven/warped. So overall it's a crappy product, and there are tons of other houses out there that'll do on demand vinyl and not have a super delay to get it out the door. But FFS really? $80? I'm glad I didn't order more. This was just a test pressing to see how you did. I'm not mad, just disappointed. I'd fix whatever you have in your shop that's causing the ungrounded hum, and spend a bit more on the actual sleeves you're having printed. Personally, i'd take a long hard look at your business as a whole and refactor the parts that aren't so great. (I listed 2 links, one from reddit, and the other from bbb)
