Intex support line was quick and efficient. The agent was helpful in helping me find the necessary information she needed, communicated what would happen next. (I had a damaged liner) It was easy to access my claim online and follow up on my order. Overall, very appreciative of the help and quick replacement.

I bought a pool my 4th Intex pool at Academy Sports. The pool liner has a whole in it. Of course we didn’t know that until the pool was installed and water was filling. When I called Academy they wanted me to put the pool back in the box and return it. My response was not polite. I called Intex, explained the issue and the sent me a new liner. It maybe the last pool we put up because the grands ate getting older but I always tell my friends Intex pools have been awesome for us. We bought our first one 15 years ago and this is our 2nd 18x52. They have been a great addition to our summer fun

I have had two inter liners rip this summer. I called Intex after the 2nd and they agreed to send me a new liner for free. I gave them my address and began to wait for my new liner. After 2 and a half weeks with no liner I called AGAIN. They said it had been delivered and there was a picture. However, the picture showed it had been delivered to the wrong house. Intex refused to ship another liner even though it was their error and instead wanted me to go to a strangers house and pick up the liner.

Great service and response time. Ordered an Intex 14’x25’ pool and the liner had a small drip leak. Everything sat in the boxes for a year while I prepped the backyard to setup the pool. Finally when I did I noticed the leak after a few days. Intex sent a NEW Liner within a week of submitting my claim. Amazing service by Customer Service and no hassle with verifying the liner was leaking. Your word is your bond! Thank you Intex!

Had an issue with a purchased air bed. Went flat after 4 uses within 4 months. Couldn't return it to the store because it was past the 90 days. Intex took care of it and shipped me a new one. Wonderful customer service.

My salt water chlorine generator generated an error code. I contacted customer service and received replacement Titanium Plates via a warranty claim.

The wait was a bit long, but well worth it. I explained my issue and the agent was very kind, patient and listened to my issues. She thoroughly explained that there may be a warranty, guided me through which numbers to look for and waited while I walked to the pool. All the time engaging with me. She then explained the process. Within the time frame she gave, I had the item I needed. I set up my pool, the problem is solved and I’m having a wonderful summer with my Intex pool.

We had an inflatable hot tub that we used for one summer and when we pulled it out to use it again it somehow got pinholes in it. They replaced our hot tub no questions asked. It was shipped promptly and we were good to go. Didn’t even have to ship the old one back.

One of the worst customer service experiences yet. The 18ft rectangular pool came with 2 duplicate parts and one part missing. It took like 25 phone calls, emails, texts etc to finally get it shipped. The verification process to have the part shipped for free was absurd as well. Definitely a much more quality product than Coleman but I’d never buy from them online again. I’d only buy from a store that I could deal with in person. Intex you suck!

I ordered and received the 22 x 52 pool. After we filled it, we realize there was some type of hole in it. I reached out to Intex to advise them of the situation. I had to submit receipts multiple times., prove that I received it prove that I paid for it and this caused us about four weeks not being able to use the pool. Not to mention the money I spent to fill the pool twice. I also had to pay the workers twice. This is a terrible way to do business and an expense I wasn’t expecting. Shame on you.

Liner had a hole, chlorinator throws a code and shuts off no matter if there’s the perfect level of all chemicals. The skimmer latch is also broke. Turned pool into a chlorine pool since the chlorinator broke. Kids can swim which is the only reason for 2 star instead of nothing.

Bought a pool from Amazon and the pump was not working after one month. After getting the run around from Amazon I contacted Intex and they made it right. Received a new pump after filing a claim with them. Very good customer service!

Excellent customer service! I purchased an Intex air mattress for my teenager to use while we decide what permanent bed works for a 6'7 growing kid. It was very comfortable for him but it did get a hole within the warranty period. Intex was quick to send a new bed without any hassle. I appreciate one less thing to stress about. Will definitely continue purchasing our camping and air mattress needs from Intex.

We had a great experience with Intex customer service. Our pool was replaced after having a hole in it when we first filled it up. They were very prompt in replying and giving me the information I needed and what they needed to process everything. Wonderful company!!

I purchased a saltwater system, the pump timer unit failed 2 months after using it; they did send a warranty replacement which failed again, same issue, just over the warranty period of the original unit purchase, but within 2 years of the replacement part being sent (their warranty period). They just dug their heels in and said, no, its out of warranty and we stick by our rules. The replacement part will cost the same that I paid for the whole pump. This is clearly an ongoing issue with the timer unit that they are not owning. Buyer beware, I'm never buying intex again.
