Horrible experience…never again
I got the trial subscription. Used it as people do, to look up people. When I cancelled my subscription, they emailed me saying my search activities were illegal!!?? Horrible experience! Will never use their service again and would never recommend!

I had an Infotracer for Business…
I had an Infotracer for Business account. One day I try to log in but couldn't. They said it had been discontinued. I had a credit of about $100 in the account and they refused to refund me saying I waited too long. I use Yahoo email and the username is tobychoy.

In the words of General Akbar... It's a trap!!
First, Aaron in CS was awesome. But the site itself did not work properly. I paid the system didn't register it. I couldn't access anything because I couldn't create a password. The report I paid for didn't have the information I wanted. I had to jump through hoops just to get to customer service to fix the issues. I just cancelled my 7 day trial that I paid for because the computer system for this company is obviously broken. But I do want to reiterate that Aaron, the customer service rep that I spoke to was awesome. He understood the problem, cancelled my subscription for me (You can't cancel if you don't have a password, which you can't create apparently even if you pay for it) and apologized completely for all of the issues. Someone at the company needs to give Aaron a plate of cookies.

This website is a ripoff
This website is a ripoff. They make it look like they are running a report and a report was prepared and found (it wasn't) and then they charge your card then it takes me to a wepage that says there was no record found. I ve talked to customer service on a refund and they refuse saying I received info and I did not. Don't try doing any searches. They are fake. And then they want to say as an excuse thet the info does not come directly to rom them. What a joke

Website shows 7 day trial costs $1 INCORRECT $1.95 true cost
Website shows 7 day trial costs $1, however i was charged $1.95. Called them and they apologized saying the $1 shown on Website is a mistake, the real cost is $1.95! Crazy that in this day and age that stuff happens, maybe they need AI to help maintain the site.. Anyway needed a plate lookup but it didn't return the owners info which I needed. Their site is more like a CarFax, vehicle history no owner info shown other than registration history but only State and date reported no owners info whatsoever.. if this is what you need go elsewhere you wont find it here. Luckily im helping uncle look for a car so this may be useful..

I tried canceling before the free trial…
I tried canceling before the free trial was up and apparently it did not go through. When I saw my account was charged I immediately went to a live chat with Aaron. He was able to refund my account and cancel my subscription. I am glad I was connected to him. He was very helpful with this mix up.

Charged me after I canceled had to call to get things straight. Recieved no info on the person I was looking for. Total waste for time. And still spamming me with bullshit emails......please stop and go away!!!!!! Sorry I ever fell for your click bait!!!!
