It's quick and painless, I can choose to do just the workouts or more! I work in tech and this helps to not get stuck in the same turn and burn brain pattern and allows the grey matter to de-stress and dip a neuron or two in neuroplasticity.

I’ve noticed that my short-term memory has improved a lot by playing these few minutes a day. Great stuff, just don’t need the comparisons as to how I fare with random others.

I do not recommend, keep away from that scam. Hidden subscription trap. I paid €0.99 for a test, which automatically subscribed me to a €29,99 recurring fee without clear upfront consent. No clear subscription menu in the app. When requesting a refund under statutory EU withdrawal rights, support only offers 50% or refuses full reimbursement. Deceptive billing practices.

I’ve been using Impulse for a few years. It’s a productive use of time instead of doomscrolling. With increasing concerns about dementia and brain elasticity, Impulse provides fun and quick exercises, as well as great games to tickle my brain! My kids love it, too! Great value for the annual cost.

The games are fun and interactive, I’ve been using this app for a week. I also like the tests like personality test and memory test which shows me my weak spots.
