A colleague of mine gave me an old black and white picture of her mother. the picture had water damage and numerous blemishes throughout. I really did not know what to anticipate but I know this was very important for her so I gave this Image Restoration Center a try. the picture was e-mailed back to me in a very timely manner and it looked perfect. could not have asked for a better outcome. when I gave the restored picture to my colleague she was overwhelmed with joy (she cried). thank you for a job well done.
