The company handled my request quickly. I elected to accept your recommendation. Your employee, Terri, stayed with me, though we had a hard time connecting on the phone. I have been a client since I became Medicare eligible. Prior to that I had health insurance coverage through my employer. Gio reached out to me concerning my supplemental health coverage and what I am currently paying. He was able to get me an annual savings of over $500.00.

After trying 2 other Insurance companies I thought to try an insurance broker to help me find a suitable policy. I found IHealth Brokers. I spoke with Gio who was very friendly & knowledgeable about the different packages & pricing. He wasn’t pushy, answered all my questions & helped me choose plans that worked for my needs. Policies/Membership cards arrived via email immediately & hard copies in 3 days. After reviewing the policies I was happy with what I purchased unlike the other 2 policies I tried. Gio @ IHealth told me exactly what I was getting & I appreciate his honesty & professionalism in helping me through a maze of health options! I came into the Medicare process nervous, and quite honestly, a little scared. I didn't understand all the lingo and the plethora of choices.
