I mistakenly ordered 2 pairs of hearing aids. I immediately emailed iBstone and they responded the next day and had my refund within 2 days. The hearing aids come with an app that does basic hearing test to best program the hearing aids. Different types of domestic included which allowed me to find the right kind to allow me to hear better.

I purchased these for my 89 yr old mom while she's staying with me for a few months. She has very small ear canals and cannot seem to find a hearing aid that fits. However, she cannot hear. Rather than spending the next few months yelling at her (my throat cannot take it!), I purchased a pair of these hearing aids and they seem to do the trick. I doubt they can replace a doctor prescribed hearing aid, but they do help my mom hear better. She said she can hear when someone is talking to her much better than without them and she can hear the TV better, so I don't have to blast it. For the price, these are a perfect solution, and the delivery time was fast. At least now I'm not having to yell at my mom while she's here. I love my mom!!

I received a flyer from Beltone Hearing for a FREE hearing test & FREE 30 day trial for hearing aids. I went to Desert Hearing Care in Mesa. I got the free test & then had to give them $515 deposit for the 30 day Free trial period. After trying the hearing aids they were not any better than my current aids, so I asked for the return of my Deposit, they REFUSED SAYING that an Agreement I had signed prior, said there was a “fitting fee” that I had to pay. I did not keep a copy of the agreement so if it was there I don’t remember seeing it. So much for the FREE 30 day trial. Most seniors need every penny they have. ( I’m 78). My daughter was going to pay for the hearing aids. I encourage anyone considering this place to ask detailed questions, especially about fees. In any event I think $515 for “fitting fees” I is very very EXCESSIVE !!!!!! SO MUCH FOR 30 FREE TRIAL PERIOD !!!!!

The iBstone Auralink hearing aids. Are a wonderful set of hearing aids! Being a veteran I have hearing aids from the VA and these exceed those in every area so far. I have tried just about every major OTC hearing aid on the market and the Auralink are far superior! If you are looking for a great hearing aid at a great price try them you will not be disappointed !

I purchased the K18 hearing aids. For over a month this company has been giving me the runaround. The left hearing aid will not hold a charge. After a few weeks they told me if I sent the left aid back on my own dime they would replace it. I told them I wasn’t sending it back on my dime. I guess I ticked them off. So they took a hearing aid and just threw it in a box with no packing to protect it. The replacement won’t even charge. My bet it was damaged in the mail, because it wasn’t packed right. I purchase these for a backup. I’ve worn Audien hearing aids for close to 4 years with no issue.

I purchased these because of the many positive reviews I had read. I am very glad that I did. They are wonderful, well worth the investment. They work as well as the very expensive ones that I have been wearing that needed to be replaced. The app is extremely helpful and easy to use. You can't go wrong with the Auralink Hearing Aids.

I have used my hearing aids for two days now. They were easy to use. I noticed that they filter out background noise very effectively which is an important feature for me. They are easy to adjust for the volume and the three settings for the three different environments I can be in are very helpful for me also.

I am so impressed with these hearing aids. It has been so interesting to get them set up specifically for me. They produce such clear sound and the noise reduction technology is better than any of my previous hearing aids. I would recommend these to anyone looking for an OTC solution.

I just received the K17h CIC Rechargeable In-Ear Hearing Aids. I’am able to hear and understand my partner as well as the TV and comfortable to where. I did find the setup difficult at times to understand the directions. My past device was uncomfortable, difficult to understand people when they spoke to me. A lot of adjustments and whistling.

I've been wearing hearing aids for over 25 years. I must say I was rather impressed with the iBstone hearing aids I purchased. they fit well and are comfortable all day. I like the in app hearing test that can be taken more than once to really get them dialed in. I know it's been said before but these hearing aids are comparable to the ones I get from the audiologist but at a much lower cost.

I purchased the iBstone Edge hearing aids but found one of them not working properly. I called customer service and explained the problem. Within 24 hours I received an email asking for more details. The reply was almost immediate and within a week I received the new hearing aid which works fantastically. I couldn't have ask for better service. The hearing aids are remarkable.

Received the hearing aids. They were too big for my ears, plus over abundance of air and static. If you turn them up, sounds louder but still the words are indistinguishable. Wasted my money.

I love my K22 hearing aids. They are so easy to use, and simple to charge! They are made well, and the sound quality is amazing! I’m so happy I chose in stone. I highly recommend their product and their customer support!

I received my Nova hearing aids in early February. Since their arrival, I gradually increased using them, starting with 1 hour on the first day. A week later was my first attempt at using them all day and into the evening. No problem! So far, I am very impressed with the overall design, the assembly quality and sound performance. The product user guide and other documentation is excellent - easy to understand and very thorough. The only difficulty I've had was finding domes that would fit comfortably in my ears. The small bell-shaped domes seem to be the best fit for me and haven't introduced any whistling or howling. Thank you iBstone for providing the many dome options to choose from. Adjusting the volume level and finding the ideal sound mode took some experimenting, but once I found a suitable adjustment, I just leave the adjustments alone. iBstone's customer support is timely, friendly and knowledgeable. A question I had regarding charging the base using my PC's USB port was answered quickly and accurately. Somehow, I lost the cleaning brush. Ina replaced it with an entire accessory kit. Free of charge! Kudos to Ina for a job well-done! Thus far, I am very satisfied with the product and would buy them again. They work as advertised!

Purchased in 10/25, unfortunately the volume quit adjusting in 2/26. I contacted customer service and they addressed the issue, promptly, professionally and kindly. Would highly recommend.
