The location of the home was perfect and the home was very spacious. We all had a great time, but the housekeeping could have been better. The beds were okay, a little on the hard side but overall we had a great time.

This was our first reservation
This was our first reservation through Houfy. All seemed to go well with our guest. I directed the guest to Houfy, haven’t had anyone discover us through the Houfy website.

lots of pictures and excellent description
The Houfy site was easy to use with excellent pictures of the properties under consideration. The lodging description was accurate, matching the pictures supplied and helped so much as I was comparing different properties sleeping arrangements to my group's needs. The host answered my clarifying questions and booking was simple with an immediate confirmation.

Easy and Fair
Our listing was easy to create and payment simple to set up. We appreciate you offering this option as the other companies are just becoming so unreasonable for our guests to pay all of the fees. Thank you!

Budget-friendly booking experience.
Houfy is a great option if you’re looking to save a bit when booking vacation rentals. It’s cheaper than other platforms since there are no extra service fees, which makes a big difference. I also like that you can connect directly with hosts; it feels more personal and straightforward. Overall, simple to use and definitely worth checking out if you want a more budget-friendly booking experience.

I am very new to short-term rentals and I appreciate the contract and insurance that were offered. There was also a warning about a last minute reservation that I should have heeded. My Ring doorbell helped me stop a party before any damage was done.
