Polite, patience and helpful
She was so polite and patience. She kept asking how else she could help. I didn't realize she wasn't from just one motel until she explained that she would be glad to reach out to other motels. She really listened to me. I informed her of what I could afford & I had a dog. She gave me suggestions of motels that met my needs!

Your staff assistance with my booking…
Your staff assistance with my booking and use of a previous voucher to close the booking for my stay. First time was a nightmare as nobody was able to direct me on how to proceed with my request Giselle was patient and calm helping me resolve the situation and book the hotel stay.

Worst hotel booking experience in my life, booked in the incorrect currency, couldn't answer questions, couldn't find hotel at first, then I received the booking confirmation, my name was not spelled correctly and I was charged in a foreign currency. Please see reservation number H19351607

Very difficult to understand
Very difficult to understand. Spoke too quickly. Did not understand answers to her questions and had to repeat myself several times. Turns out that after paying for a hotel room that she confirmed would have an early check in they did not have a room. I am now out $125 for a room that was unusable. Very dissatisfied

They were horrible.
They were horrible. We booked a room at Talking Stick Resort(btw the price they charged was very high) and we needed to cancel the reservation. We tried to cancel 2 months prior to the stay and they did not respond. We then tried to work with the credit card company to see if they could have better luck. Unfortunately in the fine print, their cancellation policy is non existent. So we were out the money even though we never went and tried to cancel a month prior. Let the buyer beware and book with a reputable company

Zara Mae Nicole was amazing, when I felt the hotel I was looking into was over my budget, she offered to look for a hotel that was within my budget. She was polite and kind, I truly appreciated her, she helped me tremendously. Planning a family getaway can be stressful, Zara relieved that stress I was feeling.
