My order was not delivered to the…home
My order was not delivered to the patient while in the hospital. Then I received a message that said they would deliver it to the home. After that I received a message that said they could not deliver it. I responded saying I was told they would. Finally she received the balloons several days after she was home. I also tried to send a stuffed animal to patient and was told “this wasn’t an add on”. Your online store is extremely difficult to use. I had to call in my order and this is a children’s hospital and you have only a few gifts for children and then you can’t always prefer them. I have dealt with other children’s hospitals and have never seen anything so limited and difficult. The only reason I gave a 3 was because my niece finally received the balloons otherwise I would have given a 1.
