I was so nervous to try Accutane
I was so nervous to try Accutane. I put it off for years. Plus….. getting in with a dermatologist takes forever! I’m so glad I found Honeydew. The support has been amazing and I feel very well cared for. I’m a medical provider myself and I’ve actually been pointing my patients toward Honeydew for skin care too!

Overall a really great first time experience
I just started using honeydew this June and so far the process is going very smoothly. I am being prescribed isotretenoin and I am actually starting to see some improvement! Also the chat admin always responds asap about any questions, updates, and concerns I really love that especially since it’s my first time one isotretenoin.

Game changer
These guys are amazing! Could not get into a dermatologist for six months! Absolutely ridiculous. Found this service and it has been a total game changer. The follow ups are easy set up is easy and the Customer Care is top-notch. Love it and look forward to using the service for more skin care items in the future. XOXO.

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend!! Everyone on my dermatology team was wonderful. Very responsive to messages/questions/concerns. I was struggling with painful and embarrassing adult acne. My skin looks great now and my self esteem is so much better. I feel confident that I can maintain my results following the individualized regime they recommended and would have no hesitation in reaching back out to them should the need arise.

Honeydew scammed me…
Honeydew scammed me into spending hundreds on blood work. When I first signed up I was told I would only need to do blood work once or twice. Each blood draw cost me about $300. I'm very rural and healthcare is very expensive. I'm also uninsured so this is cash pay. Once the program started my dashboard kept saying I needed to do monthly blood work so I went in and did it. After finally complaining that I was having to do blood work monthly and it was costing me too much. They looked at it and said I didn't need to do any. A waste of hundreds of dollars for 3 months extra of blood work that I didn't need to do. Question everything if you sign up for this program especially if it's a charge. Definitely a money grab and they don't care.

Fast, responsive, super nice team, and I get my medications so easy now!!
I’ve overall been having a great experience using honeydew. It’s definitely nerve racking doing all this online but every time I get confused -which has been rare- they are soo helpful and responsive. Anytime I have any concerns I get immediate reply’s to fix the solution. I had also called about something super late in the day about a purchase mistake I made and the lady over the phone was so so kind and helpful it made my night. Really love this company!!

Well done, Honeydew! They truly walk you step by step through the process and are very responsive. They seemed to have a solution for all of my questions and concerns - even finding me solutions for the cost to help me obtain treatment. I felt very well taken care of and appreciate their understanding and helpfulness every step of the way. Also - the results are amazing!

Honeydew literally changed my life
Honeydew literally changed my life. Went from oily terrible skin with new pimples almost every day to completely clear skin within a couple of months. I haven’t had oil/acne in the past 6 months now and my skin is glowing and has had the chance to finally heal. Honeydew made it so easy and fast to access the medication I needed when dermatologists irl made it impossible for years on end. Thank you again, honeydew team.

My care team has been nothing but…
My care team has been nothing but helpful and understanding. They answer all my question. So far I've only physically met my doctor once, but she always give me a detailed response to my photos and answer all of my questions. I really enjoy not going to a physical office to meet with a dermatologist.

Everything has been great up until now
Everything has been great up until now. My son has been out of his medication for four or five days. Because initially Honeydew filled it. Reversed it then took two days to get it to colonial drug who said they kept not receiving it. So we had the doctor send it to a new pharmacy and forgot to send the ipledge with it. And then the holiday weekend came if I could give you a minus I would at this point.

My experience was a 10/10!! I HIGHLY recommend! They were always there when I had any kind of questions and they answered very fast. The whole process was easier than going through a dermatologist office and for me it was a lot cheaper than going to an office. It was easy to navigate as well. My skin has never looked this good and I am very happy with my results. This is my second time on accutane and I had a better experience here than I did through an office. Everyone is so nice and they care about your wants and needs and does their best to help you any way possible.
