Got my Cavapoo from Honestpet. I actually picked up the puppy directly from the breeder! The team was great, my rep was incredibly helpful. Today is my first day doing zoom training with Brooke and their Care360 team. Excited to learn more and get my pup trained up. Highly recommend honestpet to anyone looking for a new pup.

Brooke has probably answered more random questions from us than she realizes, and every time she’s been patient and genuinely helpful. Sometimes it was about training, sometimes it was just us wanting a second opinion because we weren’t sure if we were doing something right. It never felt like we were getting canned answers or being rushed off the phone. That kind of follow up isn’t something you expect anymore, and it’s made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. Having someone you can actually reach out to after the excitement wears off has been a really nice part of working with HonestPet.

My husband and I went back and forth for a while before deciding to move forward. We had talked to a couple of different companies, but something always felt off. We ended up working with Julie, and she was just easy to talk to. If she didn’t know an answer right away, she’d find it and get back to us. There wasn’t any sales talk or pressure, which we appreciated. The process itself was pretty simple. We got updates when there was actually something to update, and everything happened about when they said it would. By the time our puppy came home, we felt like we knew what to expect instead of wondering what was going on. A few days later Brooke reached out to see how things were going. We had already realized puppies don’t come with instruction manuals, so we had a handful of questions. She walked us through a few things, gave us some practical advice, and checked in again later that week. It didn’t feel like a scripted followup. It just felt like someone making sure things were going okay. The kids are attached to him already, and the house feels different with him around. Looking back, the whole experience was pretty much what we hoped it would be. Nothing flashy, nothing overpromised, just good communication, good people, and a puppy that has been a great fit for our family.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after everything was said and done I felt like this one deserved it. We looked at quite a few different places before choosing HonestPet, and what stood out was how responsive everyone was from the beginning. Nothing felt confusing or overcomplicated, and every step happened when they said it would. When our puppy arrived, you could tell he had been well cared for, and all of the records and paperwork were ready to go. Even after we brought him home, we never felt like the relationship ended there. Anytime we had a question, someone was there to help. It was just an all-around smooth experience with good people, and that’s honestly pretty rare these days. I’m really glad we chose HonestPet.

We spent a few weeks looking at different companies before deciding on HonestPet. Buying a puppy online isn’t something we wanted to rush into, so we probably did more research than most people. One of the biggest reasons we chose HonestPet was because there were so many positive reviews. That gave us a lot more confidence. Our experience ended up being pretty much what we were hoping for. Michelle handled the delivery and was great about keeping us updated. She answered my questions quickly and always let us know what was happening, which made the wait a lot easier. After our puppy came home, Brooke from customer care reached out to check on us. I honestly didn’t expect much after the sale, but she spent time answering questions about feeding, settling in, and a few random things we were worried about as first-time puppy owners. She never made us feel rushed, and it was nice knowing there was someone we could actually reach out to. Our puppy arrived healthy, happy, and exactly as described, with all of the paperwork and vaccination records organized. The first few days were definitely an adjustment, but that’s just part of bringing home a puppy. No company is perfect, but what stood out to us was that everyone actually followed through. The communication was consistent, nobody disappeared after we paid, and we always felt like we knew what was going on. Overall, we’re really happy we chose HonestPet. It was a smooth experience from start to finish, and we’d definitely recommend them to friends or family looking for a puppy.

There’s no single question unanswered or challenges unaddressed for Brooke. We LOVE working with her because of her competence, prompt replies, and assistance. We truly appreciate her support even in heroff hours. We feel her deep care for our fur baby and us.

I purchased a "Cavapoo" puppy from HonestPet. When he reached a few months old, he did not look like a Cavapoo. A DNA test revealed that he was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel x Bichon Frise x Toy Poodle x Standard Poodle x Chihuahua and Cocker Spaniel. It was a clear case of FRAUD. He was also later diagnosed with Chondrodysplasia, Chondrodystrophy, and had a red flag alert for potentially having degenerative disc disease. When I explained the problem and sent the dna test...they would not do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We had such a wonderful experience with HonestPet from beginning to end. Buying a puppy online was something we were nervous about at first, but the team made the entire process feel personal, transparent, and easy. Layla was our specialist, and she was incredible to work with. She was patient with all of our questions, never made us feel pressured, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right puppy for our family. She kept us updated throughout the process. When our puppy arrived, everything was exactly as promised. He was healthy, happy, and came with all of his vaccination records, health paperwork, and everything we needed to get started. One of the things that really surprised us was the support after we brought our puppy home. Brooke, our virtual trainer, has been absolutely amazing. She’s a certified trainer and vet technician. She spent time getting to know our puppy, answered all of our questions, and gave us practical training advice that we were able to start using right away. As first time puppy parents, having that kind of ongoing support has made a huge difference and has given us so much confidence. She’s also just available whenever I call her. What really stood out about HonestPet was that they didn’t disappear after the sale. They truly care about their customers and their puppies long after they arrive home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend HonestPet to anyone looking for a puppy backed by a team that genuinely cares. My gf and I live on the lower east side in manhattan. Growing up she had always wanted a puppy. After some research, I found a Fluffy Frenchie from here. The employees that I spoke to were very helpful and it was obvious they knew a lot. The surprise went exactly as planned. Thanks!!!!!

We brought our puppy home a few weeks ago, and I realized I never left a review. Honestly, I expected that once we picked up our puppy, we'd pretty much be on our own. That wasn't the case at all. A few days after we got home, Brooke reached out and scheduled a Zoom call with us. She spent almost an hour going over everything from potty training and crate training to feeding schedules, teething, and even some of the little behaviors we were already noticing. We had a list of questions ready, and she answered every single one without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. It felt like talking to someone who genuinely wanted us to be successful with our new puppy. She even gave us a few tips that started working almost immediately, especially with getting him comfortable in his crate at night. Brooke even helped me identify the best crate and supplies for my pup. Our puppy has been healthy, playful, and has fit right into our family. Buying a puppy online was a little intimidating at first, but the communication before, during, and especially after bringing him home made a huge difference. It's nice knowing that if something comes up, there's still someone there to help. Thank you to Brooke and everyone at HonestPet for making what could have been a stressful experience a really positive one.

Brooke was amazing to work with throughout our journey with Boone! She was always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and consistent with her advice. From training and feeding to harnesses, leashes, toys, and treats, she recommended everything we needed to get Boone off to a great start. Her guidance made us feel so much more confident as new puppy parents. We truly appreciate all of her support and highly recommend working with Brooke!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have had such a wonderful experience with HonestPet from the very beginning. Tiffany helped me find the perfect poodle that fits my lifestyle, and I couldn’t imagine a better match than my sweet Sassy. One thing that has really stood out to me is the communication and lifetime support they provide. I’ve already had two training sessions with Brooke for help with potty training and crate training, and she has been amazing. She is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gave me tips that have truly helped make the transition with Sassy so much easier. HonestPet has also been there for more than just training. When Sassy first came home, she was having a little trouble adjusting and wasn’t wanting to eat much. I took her to the vet and they gave her something to help stimulate her appetite. HonestPet checked in on us and covered the cost of her treatment, which meant so much. You can tell they really care about their puppies even after they go home. I would absolutely recommend HonestPet to anyone looking to add a new puppy to their family!

My family and I recently moved from Arizona to Egypt for a one year humanitarian assignment, and we wanted a puppy to make our new house feel more like home. From the very beginning, Julie at honestpet made the entire process easy. She was always available, kept us informed every step of the way, and gave us complete confidence. She is incredibly knowledgeable. We ended up choosing Felix, our 12 week old Cavapoo, and we could not be happier. Julie was patient with all of our questions, sent us updates, explained the travel process, and made sure we understood everything before Felix came home. Buying a puppy while living internationally felt overwhelming at first, but she made it feel organized and surprisingly smooth. Felix arrived safely at Cairo International Airport with a flight nanny exactly as planned. When we picked him up, he was healthy, calm, and even sweeter than we expected. All of his paperwork was organized and complete, including his health records, vaccination records, and veterinary docs. That gave us so much peace of mind, especially with an international delivery. What has impressed us just as much is the support after Felix arrived. Brooke has been wonderful during our post purchase Zoom training sessions. She has helped us with practical tips for getting Felix settled, answered our questions, and made us feel supported. I love the continued care and guidance. Very helpful. Felix has adjusted beautifully. He is playful, affectionate, smart, and has the sweetest personality. He has already brought so much joy to our family and has made this temporary move feel much more like home. Our experience has been so positive that we are already considering getting Felix’s sibling as well. We are very grateful to Julie, Brooke, and the entire HonestPet team for making this such a smooth experience.

I found the puppy of my dreams on HonestPet and the employees I worked with throughout the process (Brooke and Stormi) were so wonderful. Stormi was who I worked with at the beginning interviewed me about why I wanted the puppy and answered a lot of my initial questions. Brooke helped set me up with someone who had previously gotten a puppy from the same breeder and also sent me a ton of pictures and videos to make me feel comfortable about not being able to meet him in person. I was worried about that, but felt better after a lot of back and forth. She also organized the transport which was included in the price. I did a two week stay and train before getting my pup and would highly recommend it. Even though I’ve had my pup for a few months now, Brooke checks in and I can also text her and she gets right back to me. She’s currently helping me reset my puppy since he’s had an adolescent regression and gave me advice on what to ask my vet about with some bloodwork abnormalities. The 10 year health guarantee was also a big reason I went with HonestPet. Would absolutely recommend.

We received our precious Franchie Bulldog on June 11, 2026. She arrived looking not well at all. We took her the next day to the Vet Hospital. She tested positive for: Giardia, Metronidazole, Round worms, whip worms, and Isospora. I asked Honest Pet to give me all records of her shots and vaccines. All I received was that she had had a rabies vaccine on June 9th and that was it. Unexcusable for a 7 month old not to have any shots or vaccines. Honest Pet did not get in touch with me until 8 days later to check in. Today, June 19th, she is starting to get better and we are so very thankful that we saved her. If any of you are thinking about adopting a dog from Honest Pet, I hope you really research the Breeder.

I just recently got a Cavapoo from Honestpet and my experience was great! My husband and I did a lot of research before because we were a bit weary of buying a puppy online. They let us video chat with the puppy beforehand which I found great and answered all the questions we had. They even delivered our puppy to our door at no extra charge. I would recommend!!

My first encounter with HonestPet was with Stormi. She was so sweet, when I told her the puppy I was looking for she worked very hard to find my tiny Mighty Dave. He is perfect, just love him. Mallory has been wonderful since the beginning. The wonderful couple that drove him to me were so kind. They took a picture of us, that was very special. I will never forget any of them. It was so smooth.
