Joe Kim is the best at Hometap he was real patient and nice and straightforward all in one had a wonderful experience at Hometap I recommend to everyone who’s trying to invest in there home with out monthly payments

The whole process went so smoothly. From beginning to end my representative Butch would tell me what I needed to do and it helped things progress quickly. Hometap was extremely easy to work with. I am beyond satisfied.

Your fees are redicilous, instead of helping people, you hurt them financially, also it’s a rip off that you take so much from the sale of the house, when you only borrow so much but you have to pay back double or triple, again financially hurting the customer I would not recommend Hometap to anyone
