Empty parcel
Whilst initial communication was good my parcel arrived absolutely empty. I’ve reached out to the email address they give for customer support and after an initial answer from a robot I’ve heard nothing else. Shocking. Shipped from Denmark and it says on the customs label ‘This parcel may be opened’. Well not only has it been opened but the contents have been taken out. Shocking.

EMPTY PARCEL
I waited for the woven labels I ordered. It took a week for the parcel to arrive. But the packet was completely empty. I tried contacting the customer service, but an AI bot is answering there. No real person to speak to or phone no. I can dial and speak. AVOID !! No response received after contacting 3 times. DISAPPOINTING ...!!

The whole online shopping was seamless and well executed. Thanks a million. As I am in South Africa I have all my purchase sent to my niece in the UK or my sister in USA. That makes the wait until someone visits sometime very difficult but it is al worth it. Thank you!!!!!
