I'm using free hosting
I'm using free hosting. 2 things remove one star are : - I have to connect every month to my dashboard to make sure my account won't be deleted. I think is too often. - I cannot add and delete domains on my own (team is working on it) Otherwise : Team is awesome, responsive and kind Plesk dashboard is easy to use with plenty of functions For a free hosting plan, it is the best service

Excellent service for newbies to try…
Excellent service for newbies to try out web hosting. Free service is at par with commercial housing and db service providers. The vps also is a delight. No restriction. Fully control the vps with root access. Very very cost effective for the VPS service also. More of a service than a commercial provider. The free service is so good and highly commendable

I love this company
I love this company. In the past they had some issues with downtime, but I haven't experienced any down time in a few years. The requirment to log in once a month can be a little bit of a pain, but it helps them get rid of inactive users, thereby reducing cost, and saves more memory for the rest of us.

The service is quite robust
The service is quite robust, with automatic SSL and free choice of php version (from 5.6 to 8.5) for each domain you own. Some features are still missing on Plesk -- like adding new domains --, and require that you contact the admins using the forum, but they're quite fast and fair in resolving any issue. The only complaint I have is that from time to time the website gets really slow, stops responding, and then returns to normal, maybe due to spiders crawling the website. For the price (1$ USD/month), it's a pretty fair deal.

#1 - Easy to use interface. Setting up webpages and writing your own HTML is is easy and intuitive on this webserver. #2 - remote linking on other forums and websites is allowed. #3 - Uptime is over 99%.
