works but slight shipping delay
the medication itself is fine and i am seeing the scale move. my only minor issue was that shipping was delayed for a couple of days. support team is top-notch though and answered my questions instantly, but the fedex delay itself was a bit annoying.

Poor Shipping, Poor Customer Service
If I could give this company one star, I would. I'm incredibly disappointed, especially because I recommended HeliMeds to dozens of friends who switched after seeing the progress I was making. My second three-month supply of medication arrived piping hot. When I took the temperature, it was over 117°F. The ice packs were hot to the touch, everything inside was sweaty, and it was obvious the medication had been exposed to extreme heat. I immediately contacted HeliMeds and was told the medication is perfectly fine up to 140°F for five days. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. With my previous shipment, I had excellent results. This new batch was completely different. Almost immediately after my first injection from this shipment, my food noise came roaring back, and it has continued ever since. Nothing else has changed except the medication from this shipment. I spent nearly $900 on a three-month supply, and instead of my concerns being taken seriously, I keep being told the medication is fine or that I'm somehow administering it incorrectly. I am very familiar with how to properly administer this medication, and I know what I experienced before versus what I'm experiencing now. Whether the medication was damaged during shipping or not, I know my body, and this batch has not worked the way the previous one did. I'm extremely disappointed with both the product I received and the way my concerns have been handled. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. And will be sharing my experience with others.

My second order
On my first order, they were always very responsive to messages and the medication worked great. I paid for a refill and it arrived very warm and the ice packs were hot. I immediately messaged them. I have yet to receive a response to my 4 messages I sent to them. This refill isn’t working like the first one. My food noise is 100% back. I’m not having any weight loss because of the food noise. I definitely will not be ordering anymore refills and will tell my friends not to bother ordering from here. I wasted almost $800 for an infective batch and the company isn’t responding to my messages. I’m very disappointed. I don’t really have this type of money to just throw away and I basically feel like that is what I did. Highly disappointed!

The website is very easy to use
The website is very easy to use. The questions that are asked are very good in order to match the medication to what I was needing. This is the third time I have ordered from them. The deliveries are on time and well packaged. Very happy with the success I have had so far.

Quick turn around
Quick turn around. Unfortunately, my ice packs were completely melted and hot by the time my medication got here because of the weather here. my order was shipped in two packages not one.

My medication was delivered warm. It was packed in what should have been cold packs but everything was warm. They need to do better monitoring the pharmacy’s procedures.

Product showed up and was very warm
This is my second order from you the order the first time I had a similar problem. The whole process is extremely slow. It took over a week from when I placed my order until I received it closer to about nine days. I’ve ordered the same product from two other suppliers and paid similar prices and had much faster service.. however, this time what I was most disappointed about is the product arrived extremely warm. There was no coldness to the ice packs at all and I wonder how long it had been like that. I do not have faith that this product is going to be of the quality that I’ve received in the past.

the compound works and I've lost 9 lbs. taking off one star just because the ice packs were completely melted by the time fedex dropped it off. vial was still fine though, but they should probably add more ice for southern states.

i tried another big telehealth site…
i tried another big telehealth site before but the wait times to just message a provider were ridiculous. here i got approved in a day. the doctor actually read my intake form and asked a follow up question about my thyroid before prescribing. meds got here safe and the whole thing just feels way more personal.

The 3 vials for 500 dollars have arrived at 85 degrees fully melted. I had received an email how hearing up peptides for 2 days is fine while all other medical evidense says not to do it. Every other company packages with multiple layers of ice, thisbone had thin fedex evelope nd tiny ice pack layersm extremely concerned now Also prices are sky high
