Months Waiting for a Refund
Heatbit agreed to issue a refund of approximately $2,500 back to my credit card, but the refund has still not appeared. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and a formal demand letter, but I have received no response. I am now working through the dispute process with my credit card company. The most concerning part has been the lack of communication after Heatbit agreed to the refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend doing business with Heatbit.
