Excellent pharmacy and outstanding customer service
I’ve been a HealthWarehouse customer since 2008 and I’ve always been pleased with their service. Yes, there have been occasional slow processing times, but every time I’ve contacted customer service by phone or email, the support has been top‑notch! When my most recent order was delayed, they refunded the overnight shipping charge without any hassle. That tells me they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Companies that correct mistakes quickly earn my loyalty, and this experience reinforced why I’ve stayed with them for 18 years!
