Transparent transaction, honest business. Yefim walked us through his entire set up, showed us orders he was processing and made us feel secure and confident about the purchase. Their prices are the best; no one else comes close. But the service is superb too.

Beyond Impressed!! I ordered the Inogen Rove 6. The price was excellent, especially for a brand new unit. My Item shipped USPS and required a signature which insured it wasn’t just dropped off on the porch at delivery. I received it 3 business days following the placement of my order- which is extremely fast! Jeff was courteous and helpful walking me thru the entire online purchase. Definitely recommend.

Ordered an Inogen Rove 6 for my mother in law. Jed was extremely helpful and communicative as we struggled to get her prescription faxed. He expedited that process and promptly shipped the oxygen converter. Very pleased and would certainly recommend doing business with the health store. Best price I could find for a new Inogen.

I was worried that this price was too good to be true. Exactly as stated, brand new Inogen Rove 6, sealed box from manufacturer. All at a substantial savings than any other retailer. Delivered promptly. Thank You

The person I talked with explained very clearly what would take place and when. I found Health Outlet to be honest and fair. I also found they were the most economical.

Great service! They had to reach out to my doc for a prescription, which could have delayed things. They were able to complete all necessary steps and ship my concentrator the same day. I am very pleased with my experience.

The price was very reasonable compared to other highly overpriced stores the salespeople on the phone were really nice but have thick accents which make it harder to communicate and shipping was free and fast other than that ...so far so good!

The entire process was quick and easy! I needed a portable oxygen concentrator, my daughter helped me ordered it, I provided the doctor's information and received it in about a week. Great processing time and the product was well packaged to protect it during shipping.
