Before finalizing
Before finalizing, I was met with absolute disrespectful behavior by two staff members over the phone. No way.

Transport not as promised
The vehicle arrived a day late, which caused some stress. Also, it was dirty, not what I expected after paying for service.

Mostly seamless process
All estimated dates were met or exceeded. No major issues with the process. My main constructive feedback is the communication (or lack thereof). We got automated updates, which told us very little. When we came to pick up the car, the posted address took us to a parking lot with no building around. We called the posted number, the person on the phone was nice but not very helpful, since she wasn’t local. Anyway, we found the place eventually, but detailed directions would have saved us the trouble of calling & searching for the place.

Fast and easy to deal with
Fast and easy to deal with. Car was tracked and emails sent at every step of the way. They came to our door to pick the car up which was great. I've yet to pick the car up, so I cant comment on the condition upon arrival, but it has been a good overall transaction so far.

5 star service
Service was fast, efficient and affordable! In addition, I was kept up-to-date on the departure, transportation and delivery of my SUV, so their communication was outstanding! Highly recommend Hawaii Car Transport if you're moving to or from the mainland.

Very simple to ship car with this company. Communicated well through the whole process. Updated where car was along the way and when delivery would be. Actually got my car a few days earlier than expected. Very easy to work with.
