House portrait was such a unique gift
Communication was great. Shipped in a timely manner and received with no problems. I’m so excited to present this to my daughter for a shower gift. Her first home in a portrait is just so special. The picture was a little darker than it appeared in the proof but all in all I am happy with the result.

Very happy with home portrait proof
Very happy with home portrait proof, but asked them to make a couple changes. Turn around time was good and I am looking forward to receiving the finished portrait. Highly recommend.

I wish there was an opportunity to see the image and what it would look like before you buy it. I felt like my image did not look great and would have liked to send a different picture. It was also difficult to get someone to select the correct font that I wanted. I had to go through multiple corrections with them sending the same picture a few times. but overall, I think we got to a product that I am semi happy with.

First order with Harold Home
First order with Harold Home, love the product concept! The upsell after checkout was confusing and led me to accidentally double up an order for a client gift. You made it right, though, and I appreciated that. The proof process tripped me up too — the email name didn't quite match your name, so I missed the proof notification and even emailed asking where it was. Since it was a weekend, my message crossed paths with your response. All said, the gift is on its way to my client now, and I'm hoping they love it.

Great Realtor Closing gifts
My pictures always look clear and colorful. I ask for example, bluer skies, different dates, etc., and my changes are always done correctly and promptly. The initial proof and follow-up corrections are always done quickly and accurately! My clients are always delighted with the results. The pictures make great closing gifts for a new home as well as wedding gifts.
