A Very Happy Nest
The app made communication easy. The scheduling was trackable and my clothes are clean, folded to perfection, and ready for the drawers! The laundry service has been a great first time experience.

I was charged a missed pick up fee
I was charged a missed pick up fee, when my laundry was delivered. I did not have a scheduled pickup, just a delivery.

Excellent from scheduling via App to…
Excellent from scheduling via App to delivery. Communications about delivery is perfect and very useful. Clothes are perfectly cleaned, smell nice and folded perfectly! Even saved room in my drawer because of precise tight folding. Extra touch is when dressier shirts are returned on a hanger. How do you pick these shirts out from the pile I’ll never know, but so appreciate it!

Very Happy Customer!!!
The instructions were easy to follow, and I really appreciated it when I received periodic emails telling me how much longer someone would be at my door picking up my bag, and also when they were delivering it back to me. I was very pleased with the result of my bedspread. It is so clean and bright again! Great job!!

EXCELLENCE!!
EXCELLENCE!!! Everything from pick up to delivery was handled so smoothly and professionally. My laundry arrived perfectly clean & still warm from the dryers. And a "new customer" credit made satisfaction complete! So far, im loving Happy Nest! Ive been ill over the past year and its been hard keeping up with household chores. Laundry is especially exhausting. I intend to use this service regularly in future!

I was very impressed with my service
I was very impressed with my service. The customer service was exceptional. I like that I can choose the day that I get laundry picked up and even as far as the instructions they allow me to choose my instructions. My clothes were folded very nicely. I do have trouble with the broad range of times that the delivery drivers come to drop off my laundry because I may or may not be home around those times, but other than that, I approve of this service. 👍
