I purchased a single size grounding mattress cover in February 2026. I used it under bamboo sheets and really have noticed no benefits which was very disappointing, especially with my sleep.

The customer service is horrible. I want to exchange a Queen size sheet for a King size sheet. I was emailed a message to take a picture of the unopened package and they would invoice me the difference in price for the queen vs the king size. I took a picture and sent it to them as directed and have heard nothing back. I have emailed them several times and still no response back. Beware doing business with this place!

This product is incredible. It exceeded my expectations. I feel a gentle buzzing / vibration laying on the fitted sheet. It feels like I’m laying in shavasana after Yoga. I plan to order more for my dad and brother. Thank you!

Scam company! Aloud of rubbish! They will make a deal with you to get your money back! There 100% guarantee money bk. Does not happen! They make a deal+ you see a quarter of your money bk+ the sheet! Please don't waste your money 🙏 A definitely SCAM

Grounding official was recommended to me from another woman who had great results. Used as part of her healing something that she was told was incurable, just deal with it. I'm on my own healing journey and look forward to using the grounding sheet to support me and my husband to sleep better and help with chronic health issues.

This is my second fitted sheet that I am purchasing. The first one was amazing, but after time the corners ripped. Not a big deal it lasted quite a while. And I know I wasn’t getting the full effects of the grounding. So I’m ordering a new one. The first one helped so much after my back surgery. With inflammation and just the rest that I needed. And I have another surgery coming up now that I want to be prepared for to heal as quickly as possible and get back on my feet. Thank you so much for what you do. The grounding sheet has changed my life!

We ordered the product today based on a recommendation from a friend. Found the website very easy to navigate and informative. We haven't had a chance to use it yet. Looking forward to receiving it and then we can write a review based on our experience.

I ordered a queen FITTED sheet. A flat was sent. I have repeatedly explained the error. Customer service repeatedly states I ordered a " USA / 1 bed" and claims they fulfilled the order. NO ONE orders 1 bed - their site required you to choose flat or fitted. My invoice states "fitted-queen". I sent a copy of my invoice but they refuse to make good. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have a herniated disc l5 s1. I cannot have surgery. I've had this grounding sheet for a few years now and I'm 65. When I get up in the morning I'm not that stiff my pain is under control it helps a lot. I got one for my husband he's having issues now with his back and his knee.

I bought grounding bedsheets Jan 26 2026 ($159). I took it out of the package and wash , plan to use it Feb 28 . Husband check the grounding wire capable to make sure its working and found its not. I send an email informing their product defective and want full refund as "it says money back guarantee 💯 ". I was told by Natalie, from the grounding well they could only offer 60%refund and that 100%refund had conditions. This product is SCAM!!! Pls be aware!!! Similar products from.China looks exactly their sheets for cheaper price if you really want to buy one NOT from Grounding Well!

Do not buy!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!! My 92 year old mom and I bought sheets that didn’t work last year. We returned both sets of sheets back in June 2025 and are still waiting for our refunds. The company sent a few emails stating that the refund is being processed back in July but we haven’t received our money back. Terrible product and worst customer service. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

I ordered a full sizegrounding sheet only to discover I have been sent a single. I have sent several emails asking for them to send me the correct size or refund me the difference in cost and so far I haven’t even had an acknowledgement

Purchased 4 sets of sheets with pillowcase covers 2 years ago. I myself and the 3 I gave for gifts was a complete waste of money. If they did anything it was less than 1 or 2%. No one said anything positive about the bottom sheet or pillowcases. No relief from any ailments and not better sleep. I would avoid this company like the plague. A waste of money, period!

I have just ordered the grounding mat so cannot review the actual product (will come back and do that once received and tried out!) but so far my experience with the company has been good. The company has been recommended to me by someone who has used their products successfully for a couple years, info on the site is easy to find and I received a great price! See you soon for my product review!

While there is subtle distinctions in the overall effect of these sheets, the positive benefits are apparent - just not sure everyone is aware of them if the expectations are unrealistic. My family has used them now for several years and just purchased our third fitted sheet.

Worst purchase of my life. Slept for 2 nights on grounding sheet and felt like I was being fried (current going through me). Each morning my whole body aches and had a terrible headache. Had to take time off work. Returned sheet and a month after they received it, I am still waiting for refund. Do not purchase, scam !!
