Missing item resolution
There was an issue where I didnt get an item i paid for and between supplying photo proof and all the useful help from the support staff not only did I get my item but it was resolved super quickly.

GPD Win 5 and DROIX support
I recently ordered a GPD Win 5, but unfortunately, the initial device arrived defective. While that’s always a disappointing situation to run into, the DROIX support team handled it flawlessly. A special shout-out to Anastasiia and Vikram—they were incredibly helpful, patient, and quick to get the replacement process sorted out. I’ve just received my brand-new replacement device along with a 240W charger, and everything is working perfectly. Top-tier customer service! I would definitely recommend buying from DROIX.

Fast response and helpful
Had an issue with the fan of a GPD product I ordered that they distribute; they very quickly helped me by getting a replacement fan sent out. Product issue wasn't their fault. Their Discord support is really responsive.

The Gold standard of Mobile computing
I've been using GPD's products since 2019 when I bought the Pocket2 on Indiegogo. These machines have been the best investment I've ever made. They literally set the gold standard in terms of a reliable mobile workstation. And every year, they set the bar higher. I have faith in their products and their future. If you need reliable equipment for your craft, GPD is the only way.

All around disappointed
I can't check the order status. I am buying the same part a second time because the Amazon gpd store won't honor my return and gpd support wouldn't help either. They said I ordered the wrong part and to return it when I definitely did not order the wrong part and it just doesn't work. So I am forced to buy the part directly from gpd in order to get any support. So I am buying this because the product may be defective and customer service basically didn't provide any customer service. The link in the email to check order status just links to the main page. So here I am like a week after ordering and they haven't shipped anything but are asking me to review the order process.

I love honest and realisticthe product staff were…
I love the product staff were realistic, honest and actually ended up fulfilling the order quicker then expected after the hiccup, my only issue was the site, the tool is essential part of my requirements to fulfil my own duties and I needed it immediately so I purchased a model that still cost nearly $4000 but wasn’t exactly what I wanted but the one I got said was in stock with couple days guarantee delivery, when I messaged I was then told none in stock be a couple weeks and like I stated appreciate the honesty and realistic approach and it ended up coming with in about two weeks so staff 5/5 but experience gets 3 star. I do love the product though just needed more ram but Thankyou and non the less there’s bigger problems to fuss about

Lasted a year until the fan started having an issue
The system was doing really well for a year, however now the fan goes berserk and making weird sounds. Games that used to run well, are now choppy at best. For how much it cost, I was hoping not to run into a problem like this. The company doesn't seem to sell extra parts, at least anywhere easy to find so I can't even fix it myself.
