I have the Dome Gen 1 and the stone…
I have the Dome Gen 1 and the stone cracked. There is no option for repair or a replacement stone. For a premium product that cost over $2000 there should be a solution to replace the pizza stone. I now have an expensive paper weight.

I like making pizzas …
I like making pizzas and i had the original arc for some time and i decided to get 3 of the new Gen 2 domes and start a pizza business. I have already tested out the new oven and it is great. I don't really have any complaints other then my belly can't hold enoff pizza it lol.

Polly at customer care was exceptional at taking care of my small issues. Very responsive and professional my dome is everything I hoped it would be and so far Gozney’s customer service team is better than the oven itself

Spot on
I found the purchase easy and a prompt acknowledgment of that purchase. The follow up question was responded to succinctly and quickly. The tracking procedure was perhaps a little less easy to navigate at this stage.

Owen and the team at Gozney completely…
Owen and the team at Gozney completely blew my mind with the level of customer service provided when I was having trouble with my Dome Gen-1. I had expected to get a couple of parts, or a gentle "We're sorry but your oven is out of warranty". Instead I have a new Gen-2 Dome on the way to replace my failed Gen-1. My wife and I couldn't believe the level of customer service. There was never any questions, he and the team simply fixed my problem. Thank you so much, we can't wait to get our new Dome and get back to cooking.

Still Waiting
I ordered an Arc, Arc cover and peel on June 5th. The Arc arrived quickly, the peel separately some time later, but the cover remains undelivered. If it wasn't for the excellent costumer service, which has helped resolve a failed delivery, an out-of-stock item, and other hiccups, I would more likely have given this a 1 star.

I have been following Gozney products…
I have been following Gozney products journey for many years. I generally think they have a created great products which I am very impressed with. However as I someone based in south east Asia, its almost impossible to purchase their products.

Easy to purchase and love the product
Easy to purchase and love the product. Best packaging and prompt delivery. Only negative was tracking the delivery. All it said was 'ready for delivery'. Then all of a sudden it was delivered. Apart from that I would happily order another product as I love your brand.
