I had a great experience with The Good Car Service while purchasing our Cadillac Escalade. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they were professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. What really stood out to me was the detailed vehicle report they provided. The information gave us a much better understanding of the SUV’s history and condition and, most importantly, gave us valuable information that we were able to use during the negotiation. The report helped us feel confident in the purchase and ultimately played a significant role in helping us get a better deal on the Escalade. I truly appreciate the level of detail, transparency, and customer service they provided. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle and want additional information to help make an informed decision and negotiate with confidence, I would definitely recommend The Good Car Service.

Cant trust this place to prvide accurate information. every other report program identified a year old accident report but this place failed to even list and accident and went as far as to say there are no reported accidents. Buyer beware If you cant trust this place to provide accurate info then what else would they be missing. Glad I paid for miss information

Great customer service
Great customer service. Very responsive to the e-mail regarding my 7 day cancelation. Responded in a timely manner. The website gave me all of important information that i needed. my overall experience was great from start to finish. I am comfortable with spreading the knowledge to others about Good car and i will be using Good car in the future.

I submitted an inquiry regarding a National Insurance number (NIV). My English isn't very good, and I hadn't realized it was a 7-day trial period with automatic renewal. When the subscription started, I contacted support and explained the misunderstanding, and they refunded me and deleted my account immediately. So I'd say they have good support 🙂
