Your Quality meats are great! I especially appreciate your uncured hot dogs, thank you for that. And your prices are fair. But most of all it’s the deliciousness of the meat.

Disappointed in product
Disappointed in product. When I received it, it had started to thaw as the dry ice had totally dissipated in it's 3 days travels from Modesto CA to Billings MT in Fed Ex trucks while temperatures were in the triple digits. Surely there is a closer source of beef into Montana than coming from California.

Didn’t have a problem with shipping
Didn’t have a problem with shipping, or how it was packaged. My issues were that the hamburger patties had too much fat for me. They had no resemblance of a red color which in my opinion would indicate real meat and not 50% fat. Also, I prepared the roast in a pressure cooker like I always do with a roast. The roast always comes out so tender that you don’t need a knife to cut it. I was very disappointed with the roast I received. Seeing it at the market, I would have never purchased it. It had a very large piece of cartilage running through and it was so tough you nearly couldn’t cut it with a knife. These are the only things out of my shipment that I have cooked so far. I would have past by both the roast and the hamburger patties. It’s a lot of money to spend on this kind of quality of meats. I ended up throwing the leftover roast away because no one wanted to eat it due to how tuff it was to chew.

The meat with good ranchers is amazing. You can taste a huge difference in the quality of their meets over any other options I’ve had so far. I would recommend them to anybody, that’s trying to eat healthier.

Delivered right to my door
Delivered right to my door (it would be nice if they knocked when they delivered so I could bring it in quickly—SC has had really hot temperatures and the dry ice is just about melted when it arrives

I love this company
I love this company. The meat is always great - the chicken is actual normal chicken sized. There is a lot of packaging but holy cow is freezer management way easier.
