I ordered a wedding ring to compliment my solitaire. East west oval 7 stone ring. It turned out beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase, the communication was superb, I knew every step of the process from creating ring to delivery. Stunning!!! Vijay was a pleasure to work with! 5⭐️✨

I was originally skeptical of ordering a ring like this online. I started messaging with Golden Bird Jewels and they were so receptive and quick to respond I knew I was in good hands. I received my ring and couldn't be happier.

I recently purchased and received a ring from this company that had no 925 stamp on it. The company tried to say that it wore off during the shipping process. This is impossible. A very foolish reply in my opinion. The communication was good though and I was offered to have a new ring stamped and sent to me.I thought that was a great suggestion to remedy the situation, and seemed very fair. However, that seemed to easy, I was told I would have to pay again for this. I already paid for my ring and it wasn’t sent to me the way it was pictured on the company’s website. It was the company’s error and they should have sent me the ring and I return the other ring. I would never recommend this company. They have shady business practices. It’s honestly too bad they have beautiful jewelry and I wanted to purchase an engagement ring from them. Lesson learned!!

I have recently worked with Vijay from Golden Bird to have a ring made for a milestone birthday. I chose a stock setting and changed the colour of the stone. The quality of the finished ring is excellent and my daughter loves it. Vijay is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I got a new diamond for my 25th anniversary and couldn’t find a band I liked to go with it. I had ordered from Golden Bird Jewels before and love the piece, so decided to give them a try again. I am so glad I did! Their customer service during the creating process is incredible. The band is beautiful, well made, and high quality l will definitely be returning to Vijay and friends for my jewelry needs, and I highly recommend others do too!

I wanted a very specific type of travel ring which is a 1 ct light warm yellow moissanite in argentium silver for the extra shine and tarnish resistance. Vijay & team did not disappoint. He kept me updated throughout the process and the final product is ever more stunning compared to the pictures! I will be back to shop more.

From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience! I received constant updates from Vijay during the ring making process. He answered every question I had with enthusiasm. My wedding band came in this week, and I’m so sad that I can’t wear it on a daily basis until the end of August when I’m actually getting married! 😩 Overall, a very lovely experience, and I look forward to working with Golden Bird Jewels again in the future!

I’ve purchased several rings from this shop and couldn’t be happier. The owner is wonderful to work with—he always takes the time to understand exactly what I want and verifies details with photos throughout the process. For custom pieces, he’ll even create a wax model to try on before production begins. The craftsmanship is exceptional. Every piece has been beautifully made, sturdy, and substantial—not thin or flimsy like jewelry from some other shops. Most importantly, he creates exactly what I ask for. The quality, communication, and customer service are outstanding. I plan to purchase all of my future jewelry from this shop and highly recommend it to anyone looking for custom jewelry done right.
