I have purchased several low-cost airfares that I learned about through Going. I love it! It is very transparent, and you still purchase tickets through your preferred travel ticket site.

I have been a member for several years and found value to their service but now need to cancel as I don’t travel anymore. I cancelled my subscription in May before my June renewal time and now find they have charged my credit card anyway. Very disappointing. Hope that someone from customer service really does get back to me to correct this

Best way to travel! I've been using going for 5+ years now. I have traveled all over the globe for less than $500 round trip. Booking is easy and emails contain just what you want to know. It is super easy to track flights. My only problem is getting enough time off of work.

My cousin turned me on to Going. He's been using their leads for years - trips to Japan, Italy, Germany, Hawaii - that have enabled affordable travel for his family of 5. I just booked a RT business class seat to Valencia, Spain for $1550 with their eagle-eyed deals. They scan the deals and you win. This first trip has more than paid for 5 years of their subscription.

My flight savings on economy flights more than cover the cost of my Elite subscription. I’m visiting countries that I have been hoping to get to for years.

Going has found me deals to so many amazing places, Estonia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Spain, Poland, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, India, Miami, Austin, and Dallas. Last night I purchased my latest Going deal to San Francisco.

I cannot say enough about the superb customer service that I have been receiving. The agents are very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and they make you feel special. There is no delay or question unanswered. They follow-up to provide further help if needed. Other companies can learn from their service and attention to detail. I'm sure this caliber of company learns from each other, top to bottom. Thank you.

Horrible experience trying to cancel account. App takes you into a spiral of confirming your account vs response. TERRIBLE

I have always relied on Going as my primary source of great airfares and information. I just upgraded to Elite, and two days later either a mistake fare or incredible discounted Business class fare came across to Saudi Arabia, where I will position for a tour we are taking to Egypt in February 2027. My highest recommendation.

I’ve been to 34 countries with my wife and kids. Going has been my guide to do it in a way we can actually afford.

Don’t ever book with this company! They’re a ripoff and doesn’t have a live person to speak with only by chat which is not professional! And if I would’ve known this before I booked I would’ve booked elsewhere. They got me for over $500 and trying to offer my a $95 credit to fly with them! This is bs and I advise everyone to be cautious!

I got immediate assistance with an issue I had, and it was resolved quickly and easily. I’m looking forward to using them much more going forward as I am able to travel more!
