Went above and beyond what anyone would expect from customer service. Having problems connecting with Dr.'s office but Jake took matters into his own hands and got the issues straightened out directly with their office. Totally unexpected!

Exceptional and personal service! I cannot say enough good things about GoGoMeds. Excellent communication, knowledgeable staff, quick shipping, and low prices. Going with GoGoMeds is one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made.

The gogomeds process is great. The delivery process not so much. The UPS driver left a "BLANK" door tag. I signed it and put it back out. They did not attempt another delivery, but took it to a CVS in Latonia for me to pick up. Very lousy delivery practice. Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

The online experience has significantly improved since my last visit. I was a bit confused about the auto refill options, though. My prior experience with their email and phone support was excellent.

Walgreens and CVS could not provide the level of service of GoGoMeds. I requested a manufacturer that was not part of a recall in 2018 due to cancer causing contaminants. GoGoMeds provided the product/manufacturer expeditiously with professionalism and accuracy.
