Good value for first visit
It was our first time visiting Stockholm. Go City included entries to most of the sights we'd want to visit. It was a good value and convenient. It would've been nice to include transportation passes and ride tickets for Gröna Lund.

Excellent Value – Saved About 50%!
This was my first time using CityPASS in NYC. I bought the 2-day All-Inclusive Pass and visited 9 attractions. It was definitely worth it— I saved roughly 50% Most of the attractions required advance reservations, but it was very easy to modify or reschedule, even at the last minute

This pass is great value for your money! There were so many attractions to choose from and showing the pass at the attractions was so easy! I would recommend this pass for any city to anyone.

The GoCity pass was beyond useful
The GoCity pass was so helpful for me in an unfamiliar city and absolutely 💯 helped me plan my trip and make the most of a few days! I really am glad I came across it!

Great value
Great value. We saved over $350 using Go City and it is so easy to use. So many great attractions to choose from. If sightseeing is my goal, I won’t travel without it.

Great value and easy to use
My daughter and I visited Boston for 5 days and bought 5 day passes. We were pleased with the selection of attractions and saved a lot of money by buying the passes. It was very easy for us to use the passes and felt like we were able to explore Boston well with them.

Must have for a visit to Copenhagen
This is a great service covering all the major sights you would like to see plus even more you should peek into. It saved my husband and I lot of money. We loved the transportation aspect of it as well.

2nd class visitor…
In many attractions I felt like a 2nd class visitor. In Westministers Abbey I could enter only in the afternoon, reservations to the Shard had to be made only a month in advance. And there are many such examples

I received a partial refund
*Update* After posting my review, I received a reply and followed up with the reviews team. They did offer me a credit for the tour we wanted but we sadly couldn’t accept it as we had already left London, so they refunded the difference between a 6 attraction pass and the 7 attractions I had originally purchased. I appreciate their efforts to help, it’s just still unfortunate I had to write a negative review to get the resolution I wanted. Don’t waste your money. Find another pass provider or another way to save on attractions. While at first glance you think Go City sounds great, if anything goes wrong, customer service will not help nor will they resolve your issue. We were overcharged for an attraction and while I reached out several times for help, and requested they credit back the error, response times were slow, unhelpful, automated copy and paste replies. Go City doesn’t care about any issues that may arise nor do they resolve them, so don’t put trust in this company, for if something goes wrong, it will stain your vacation like it did ours.

The app was very helpful, and booking ahead of time using a "punch" was easy, even when the operator cancelled and we had to choose another experience at the last minute.

I liked Go City, but...
I liked Go City. But some attractions required to book ticket in advance. When I pressed the link in Go City app in order to book my ticket in advance the web page opened which asked me to buy ticket if I wanted to book ticket in advance. But I've already paid for the ticket by buying Go City..
