I received alerts from my preferred locations within minutes of signing up! Appointments are snapped up right away so make sure you are quick to respond. Rescheduling to a closer and sooner appointment was easy. I was able to get an appointment to the within 10 days of signing up!

The alerts were great but being charged $20 for a 30 day period is ridiculous. I’m glad I purchased the alerts though. Saved me 3 hours of driving for a 5 minute n interview.

I could not get an appointment online. The cost was totally worth it. Got an appointment that worked for me (2 hours from the location) just hours after signing up.

Worked perfectly. Got appointments for both my husband and I. Missed a couple texts by a few hours, so those appointments were already taken by the time I got on. The appointments I did get were because I happened to be looking at my phone when the text came through and I immediately hopped on to the global entry site and snagged the appointment. They go fast. But it seems that there will always be another one coming up in a few days -so I just waited, check my phone a lot, and it worked out

I live in NC so very limited appointments available and only at the CLT airport. I struggled for a year to find an appointment, and was able to get one soon after using this service

Took a couple weeks and shaved off 30 days. Most alerts are within 10 minutes of appt time, but there were some that were a week or two out that allowed for planning. Recommend staying logged into Global Entry so you can quickly book a new opening.

Got an earlier interview time because this app alerts you when earlier slots (from cancellations) open up. 👍🏼

I was continuously checking the Global Entry website and was unsuccessful in getting an interview closer than 3 or more hours from my home. I signed up for Global Entry Alerts and within days was able to get an interview at the nearest interview center near my home and I alerted my travel companions and they too were able to schedule.

The booking process was very challenging until we paid $20 and signed up for Alerts. Had an appointment within days. The interview itself was seamless.
