DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered from this site because they said they could deliver my contacts in 7-10 days. When I received my email confirmation, it says 2-3 WEEKS, because my order is custom made-I ordered Accuvue Oasys contact lenses— nothing custom made here, and, even worse, the ORDER is NON-CANCLEABLE, becus it’s « custom. ». If I want to return, I can return when I receive in 2-3 weeks!!!!

Horrible customer service all Ai --…
Horrible customer service all Ai -- also they failed to meet their promise of Express shipping claiming to be making the order --Contacts are already made just need to pull the correct ones for my RX. Too forever to validate and now shipping is STALLed still haven't shipped it's been four days. I will never use this company again...Their reply was the same Ai response I got and the phone # never gets you to a person --SHAMEFUL Customer Service as I said. Hope Rx is correct bc I know it will be hell getting it fixed or a refund. NEVER AGAIN!
