Easy ordering and shipping
Ordering was easy. The products arrived quickly once they were out of the shipping location. The price could have been better, but I did take advantage of an advertised discount.

Great Customer Service
Communicating with Olivia at Glacier Fresh made tracking the package at USPS after 3 visits easier. She offered a replacement via UPS which I received a week after my 4th USPS visit. I ended up with 2 packs which she made me keep. I've used my first glacier fresh for a year now and it's still tasting fresh and water is coming out strong. I feel like it will last for another year despite the red light on. Colorado water does not have much sediments. I will check if my Texas ice maker needs it. Texas water definitely need filtration.

Wow! Great tasting water!
Wow!! What a true difference in taste and quality of our water! We are newer to the RV lifestyle and have a Class A Thor. We had a few trips out and never liked the taste of the water. We sanitized the tanks and our rig, the taste never changed. So, we bought a Glacier Fresh 3-stage water system and now we are loving the water! It tastes clean and the science behind the Glacier Fresh system provides a calming reassurance we are drinking the best water possible!! Other wonderful attributes of Glacier Fresh include easy the change filters (especially needed as I am handicapped in one hand) and amazing customer service!! They answered questions before and after my purchase! Easy to install, use, maintain, and operate! A 12 star product in a 5 star review! Thank you for the quality of this system!

Solid Replacement - Would Recommend
The Glacier Fresh air and water filters are a solid replacement for my LG Refrigerator. The installation was simple (literally pop in and out), shipping was quick, the water quality has remained constant, and the prices are much more affordable than LG. Be aware that the bundled products ship separately, so you might received them on different days. Initially I thought I was missing half of my order, but Customer Service was quick to h

My GE 4 Door is Happy!
The filter worked as promised in my GE 4 Door Refrigerator. The electronic "chip" thingy has made my GE happy, even though it is not a GE filter. The price is much better than GE. The fit was perfect. Their website was easy to navigate. The purchase process had no pain points. And the delivery was quick. The taste of the water is at least equal to the GE filter.

I was skeptical these would work in my refrigerator. I use the GE with the chip in them. They cost almost double at Home Depot. I was wrong. These filters are great. They work with my refrigerator and less expensive and the water comes out tasting great.

The Glacier Fresh refrigerator water…
The Glacier Fresh refrigerator water filter does improve our hard water taste since we started using them 1.5 years ago. I would recommend this filter to any hard water residence that wants to improve their tap water taste and quality without hesitation.

Quality Water Filters
The product is quality. The filters work effectively, fit perfectly, and often provide water taste as good as, or better than, the original filters. The price was great compared to brand-name alternatives. This is a cost-effective choice without worrying about the performance. The web site is easy to use and locate product as is the ordering process. Shipping and customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. I will definately be back when I need additional filters, but it may be awhile. I bought 6 on my first order! If you've never been on the glacierfreshfilter.com website, go try it out and check out the Glacier Fresh products. Cheers!

GlacierFresh filters and customer service are great !
GlacierFresh filters are the same, if not better than OEM filters that cost much more. I had a hiccup in the receipt of my order but Olivia in the customer service department was very helpful in rectifying the issue. I will definitely be ordering from Glacier Fresh again.
