As the title said, every single of of the figures i pre-ordered arrived with bits and pieces broken of from where they should have been, that's the issue with GKs unfortunately. Plus, this company also ghosts you

I purchased a figure off their website weeks went by without so much as a confirmed shipping email, so I emailed their support I got a response pretty fast that my order was out of stock and that I would be issued a refund, months later no refund in sight and not a single response from customer service no matter how many follow up emails are sent

Trying to get in touch with anyone for updates is almost impossible, the updates are few and far between and after you pay it feels like you've just spent a lot of money on something not legitimate. The figurine was in good condition thankfully when it did arrive after multiple delays in production which I had to dig around for an email to contact the company abou; receiving brief, vague and unprofessional responses to.

SCAM COMPANY. I preordered a figure in 2023, and still have not received it. They have ignored all my emails when I asked for an update or requested a refund. Unfortunately I am no longer able to charge-back due to how long ago this was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Package arrived in perfect condition so that's great. Only complaint would be the shipping cost was pretty high.

I was trying to track down a statue that was sold out a few years ago and that's how I found. GKFigureWorldwide as luckily enough they had 1 Ready Stock of the statue that I wanted. I thought it was too good to be true so I asked for pictures of the stock and they got me detailed pictures of it in their warehouse. They were transparent throughout the entire process, happily communicating and answering all of my questions. The shipping invoice was fair and it even arrived earlier than their estimated time. The statue came without a scratch of damage which is rare for an older statue and even the art box was in pristine condition. The statue was even better than I expected and their service exceeded all expectations. Overall, amazing people with amazing service and their take care of you and your statue. If you want a trusted seller to take care of you and your statue whom loves and appreciate you as a customer I couldn't recommended them enough. Definitely will be going with them again for pre-orders in the future.

No update of the order since April 2025. Have a few occasions of message about the status of the figure but no response since August 2025. There is no product received with the realised loss of deposit. No refund received by the company's policy. Hopefully, there should be accountability and clear communication for the customer to feel assured on the order purchased. Such negligence of care is not acceptable for future customers wanting the confidence on the promise to receive the item.

Beautiful figure but the light in my Calcifer stopped working 2 weeks after having it. A little disappointed.

The item may take some time to arrived, due to shipment by sea. The parcel may be little bit damage due to shipment, but the item was not. Some layer of protection was given to extra part. The customer service was good and all my question had been answer. Will buy again in near future.
