ITEM NOT WHAT SHOWN OR ORDERED
I ordered a tool specifically requesting a 7/32" HEX SOCKET with a 1/4" allen stem/drive. The photo with in the video (that won't play) shows exactly what I want and the other photo doesn't show well enough. BUT you sent me a 7/32" ALLEN with a 1/4" 'SQUARE RATCHET DRIVE'!! NOT AT ALL WHAT I NEED!!

Contacted immediately about low stock on one item and was given opportunity to adjust order in a timely manner. Ended up receiving a refund for the out of stock item while the rest shipped quickly. Would order more tools in the future.

just what I needed to fix my hotends on my 3d printers. NO one else had anything that was even close to what I needed. The cheap stamped one use wrench they give you with the replacement ends are junk, this socket fits and works like a champ at a great price...

I was looking for impact hex bits that were relatively flat on the end, or had no chamfer for a specific bolt we use. Thankfully Genius Tools USA had them and allowed our assembly team to continue with their builds. Very quick processing and shipping. Thank you.
