pay button did not work, even using paypal required my address
pay button did not work, so had to find cart and pay there. paypal is supposed to keep spamming websites from knowing your address, but this site forced me to enter my address. and even this trustpilot requred me to enter things that should have been auto-filled. date...

Great Ordering Experience

Elvin was a great help to me!
Elvin was a great help to me in getting my autoharp ready for repair. There was a broken string and with Elvin's help, I got a replacement string selected quickly. He sent out the string right away and I was very pleased with the quality of the item and the fast delivery. Thank you, Elvin!

Gate Crafters had the best prices when I needed to replace my gate arm and system on a older gate I purchased from a company that was bought out and the customer service was awful, so I did not want to purchase from them just incase I needed assistance. I purchased the system from Gate Crafters because they told me they had full tech support whenever I needed it. So, after installing the gate arm and new system there were quite a few things I needed help with to get the gate functioning the way it should. Basic adjustments that were making us crazy trying to figure out. So, we called Gate Crafters to get the help they promised. Well... they told me they would have the service guy call me back.. that never happened . I called them 2 more times over the next 2 days and finally the tech support guy called me back. He told me to save his number, as going through the company does take longer. So I did. From that point TONY was my go to guy. He answered the phone overtime I called, and helped me through a multitude of adjustments. He was super patient, a great trouble shooter, and even went as far as to replace the mother board free of charge when he suspected an issue. I have called him more times than I can count over the past 2 months... all minor things, but he always had the answer, answered the phone (even on the weekend) and was just amazing!!! Now the gate works great, but I will keep his number stored so I can reach him directly if things go wrong. What an asset to the company, I hope they appreciate him, because waiting an excessive amount of time for Gate Crafters to have someone call me back was ridiculous when my gate wouldn't work. Tony is a lifesaver !!!!
